Inn Amenities: Your day begins with an complimentary expanded continental breakfast and a welcoming morning ocean view. Enjoy breakfast on our wrap around porch, indoor breakfast room, or our warm inviting ocean view parlor. Our ocean view lawn is one of Ogunquit's best vantage points, with a panoramic view of the Ogunquit River and the sound of the ocean.
Many rooms have ocean views, some have partial ocean views, and a few are non ocean view. Our grounds are all about the view, the breeze and the sounds and smell of the ocean and beach beyond. For your comfort, all rooms have a private bath, individual heat and air-conditioning, direct dial phone, flatscreen TV, free Wi-Fi, refrigerator, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.
Suites (upper and lower level - upper suite has water views): Our Suite building offers a large ocean view upstairs suite and downstairs deluxe two bedroom suite. Both are perfect for a family or group or for an extended stay, with all the amenities and comforts of home. The lower suite has a king bedroom (sorry, no photo available), twin bedroom, living room and kitchen.
Rate variation based on location and type of room, ranging from singles to deluxe motel units, most with balconies and views of the ever changing ocean. We have two suites, seven units with efficiency kitchens, and handicap accessible rooms are available. Please review reservation details and cancellation policies below.
Our beautiful lawns are a favorite for wedding ceremonies. We have hosted ceremonies of 20 to 80 guests. Many couples arrange a local trolley for a fun ride with wedding guests to your reception. We are pleased to provide lodging for you and your guests, but our property does not offer a function room for your reception.

We had a very good time here. The room was very well taken care of and didn't have any major flaws. The only issue we had was that the shower spilled water outside, to the bathroom floor if we didn't pay attention to the curtain. Other than this minor issue, a very cozy place to spend a weekend with your loved one.
P.s. in front of our door, there was this pretty maple tree that was very yellowish and was gorgeous!

This was our first stay and our room was clean and the staff is very friendly. Loved the chairs on the lawn overlooking the water. Breakfast was an added bonus. Hotel is in a great location so most everything was walkable, as parking is impossible. We rode the trolley to see what's in town ( $5 per person per ride *cash only*) . The Village Market is a 5 minute walk for a late coffee or dessert. Great get away!

Pickings were slim when we reserved so we were in the courtyard motel and another room in the main building, oddly right off the front desk lobby. This made parking inconvenient between parties. We made the best with one night. The rooms were very clean. Fridge, microwave, safe. The inclusive breakfast and lawn area are splendid. The pool, very nice but in the shade. They don't have any concession or dining except breakfast, just a vending machine. If you need a beverage you will have to wait until breakfast or bring loose dollars/ coins. The breakfast is amazing. Please tip those hard-working
