Our rooms have a pleasant common porch or seating area with side bistro tables and chairs so our guests may enjoy the outdoors. Some suites and guest rooms have private decks. Our guest rooms and suites are located in the Inn Building and an adjacent Motel Building. The back of our property is a pleasant, sunny location, featuring a patio and hot tub.
Studio East is perfectly located in Ogunquit Village, within easy walking distance of the beach, shops, restaurants and the downtown end of Marginal Way. Enjoy the mile and a quarter walk along Marginal Way, and find more unique shops and restaurants in Perkins Cove. Our guest rooms and suites are located in two buildings on our property. We pride ourselves on the cleanliness, comfort and quality of our guest rooms, all of which have recently been remodeled. All rooms are fully equipped with a kitchenette, bar sink, mid-size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes and utensils, designated outdoor seating, plus additional features detailed below.
Our rate schedule below represents an approximate range of nightly rates for each month. The lowest rate shown is not available during the entire month. You are also welcome to call us at 207-646-7297 or send us an e-mail at reservations@studioeastmotel.com. Come and experience Ogunquit at a slower pace.

I always consider cleanliness the most important part of any hotel/motel stay. Upon check-in I was thoroughly impressed by how immaculate our room was. The room and facilities are also maintained well, fresh good looking paint jobs etc. I have stayed at area Hotels that don’t hold a candle to how clean the rooms Studio East are. 5/5 would recommend staying here. PS the kitchenette is a great bonus.

Lovely suite... we booked a Queen deluxe room and we have been upgraded to a suite. Absolutely beautiful! No disappointments here. Fantastic staff as well! There was no availability when we tried to book it… Initially, so we had booked a place elsewhere. We decided to stay one more day and they accommodated us... we’ll book here for future visits for sure!
