When I started out in the Las Vegas Real Estate market over a decade ago, I had no idea I'd one day run one of the most successful short sales teams in the Las Vegas Valley.

If they don't feel like you are not a good candidate you will be denied. There were 3 of us that applied for a 5 bedroom 3 bath home. Per application the cost was 80.00 a person. Our credit is all above 750 FICO, I am a travel nurse, student, and also a chief engineer for a large shipping company(Hence finances isn't a problem, we are able to put 3 months or more upfront), rental history isn't also a problem. Prior to submitting our applications, we were told that there weren't any applications that were submitted

This real estate agency is on point. Effective and convenient to in coming state residents. They made the whole leasing process fast and simple. I am writing this review to let anyone who could possibly be considering making the same mistake I and my family did, one with three disabled and elderly family members, to know to never do Business with Innovative Real Estate Strategies. We rented a home from them for a little over a year, and it was by the worst experience I have ever had in any real estate dealing with another person in my life.
The home they rented us was built decades earlier than they had initially told us, in much worse condition than what we originally believed we were going to receive. Any damage to the home, such as

Brandy and Terri and the whole IRES team were wonderful. They made the process of buying and selling our home a smooth and easy process. My husband and I haven’t always had the best of luck with realtors but I can honestly say I wish every realtor was like Brandy and Terri. They treat you like family and make sure you get the best deal. They were always in communication with me and never felt out of he loop or unsure what was going on in the process. I will always recommend them to family and friends. So thankful to have found them:)

They’re the best in Vegas! As a first time home buyer I felt completely at ease when I finalized my purchase thanks to all the hard work they did. Lorraine Haynes Responded through email after I paid $160.00 for an application fee for My girlfriend and I. We make more then 4X the asking rent of a particular property, I have credit in the 700's we both smoke cigarettes outside and we both have perfect rental history and income (me 20 years, girlfriend 2 years) . Our "Denial" is this quote by Lorraine Haynes through email- "Ross & Michel

Let me begin by stating that I understand that rentals need upkeep and that I should not give 1 star reviews because of appliances breaking down; however, it's how this company handled it. My wife and I have lived in 5 rentals in 3 different states, have always had pleasant experiences and full return of our deposits because we are good renters.
