ASPCA Animal Poison Control Center- We are your best resource for any animal poison-related emergency, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. If you think that your pet may have ingested a potentially poisonous substance, call (888) 426-4435. A $65 consultation fee may be applied to your credit card. For your convenience, our doctors see patients by appointment only.

There is nothing you could have done to make the experience better.
I drove 1 hr and 20 mins to see Dr. Duhr, as I moved from Mahwah to Central Jersey. I had seen 2 different local vets and I just didn't feel comfortable with what they had to say about my cat and their solutions to the problems I was coming to them with. Dr. Duhr and the whole staff at Ramapo Valley animal Hospital proved that they were night and day from the other vets. You all truly care !
The long trip is definitely worth my time!

We have been going to Ramapo Valley Hospital for over 40 years. Everyone there is professional and kind and compassionate. We've had many animals over the years and we trust Ramapo Valley for all their needs. It is a very special place with very special people. Dr Duhr is great!

Dr's. Duhr and Katara always take their time when examining my cats and dog. They are thorough and answer any questions I may have whether it's a well or sick visit. The tech staff is attentive and the receptionists are friendly and attentive as well. They are well stocked with meds, food and holisitc items as well. The office is clean and welcoming. I highly recommend Ramapo Valley Animal Hospital

We’ve been with RVAH for 21 years. The entire staff along with Dr. Duhr have always taken the best care of our fur babies. From new puppies to end of life decisions, RVAH gives the best care and I always feel like a valued customer. I always feel that I am billed fairly and never feel pushed into services or products for another up charge. Highly, highly recommended!
