A "4 Point Inspection" Is a more detailed inspection then what you receive through a normal home inspection and it focuses only on four main systems in a home: HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) Electrical wiring, panels and breakers Plumbing connections, drains and fixtures Roof A 4 Point Inspection and report describes the condition and age of these systems.

Why you should hire Advanced Home Inspections for your Sellers inspection. Shawn is the very best in the home inspection business. He really checks everything out and saved me a lot of money. My last home I hired a inspection business that was totally worthless and my singles were sliding off eight months later needing a whole new roof. This owner does deep checking to ensure you are not buying a problem. I hired him to inspection my home I am selling too so I know I can lock it up and no worries about needing anything done when I leave the state. Shawn performed our home inspection. He was very thorough and very professional. we liked the fact that he was a licensed general contractor, the other home inspectors we talk to prior to hiring Shawn had no construction industry experience. We had limited time to get the inspection completed Shawn was able to have it done within two days we had the report the same day. I would highly recommend Shawn and his company.
