Our location is in the heart of Amherst, so we're close to many stores and restaurants, and just minutes away from Buffalo's main roadways, I-90 and I-20. We're also just steps away from the University of Buffalo's North Campus.

Every layout includes a master bedroom with ensuite bath, plus a patio or balcony. No matter which floor plan you choose, your apartment includes a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher and microwave, and handsome granite countertops.

Note that vacancies do vary throughout the year, and the apartment floor plan you want may not be available at the time you submit your application. My personal experience here has been truly awesome. Linda responds to texts and emails immediately. She sends over maintenance if I need a lightbulb or have a plumbing issue within an hour. I feel safe, always, and (hardly) ever hear the neighbors. You only hear the neighbors if they’re moving furniture or yelling, both are rarities. There’s a hill behind my building and people are frequently walking their dog or playing catch. All the neighbors are polite and cordial. Everything works, the space is GIGANTIC for a one bedroom. I wish there was a payment portal so I could pay with credit card

Just moved in a few weeks ago and it’s already the best apartment I’ve ever lived in! Great price for the area (so close to North campus, 15-20 from downtown Buffalo!), beautiful and new appliances, great floor plans, lots of light fixtures, and easily controlled A/C. Big clubhouse with a large fitness center and a lot of grassy areas surrounding the property was really great to see once we moved in! So far loving everything about Strathmore Apartments and I 100% recommend living here!!

Really Nice Apartment, if you take care for it, it can become a home from home. The complex has a high ceiling with good sun shine. The loaction is a little close to the high way, so some night, it can be noisy. The corridor is vary wide and they always put air freshess. The office person, Linda is one of the nicest person, if you talk with her. She meet all the demand as property managementer and good friend to talk to. The lease is flexible if you work with her. 2 of my friend have move in after my frist year here. The maintain will fix the problem with in 24 h of business day, no matter if is

Cheap construction. Flies are always in the buildings and come in the apartments through the bathroom vents. Laundry room will become humid if the person above or below you is doing laundry. They won’t let you know in advance when they treat the grass with pesticides(not pet friendly). They also don’t refill the dog bags right away when they run out (it can take weeks to replace). Doors are extremely heavy, and not handicap accessible. The property isn’t kept up with(grass isn’t cut as often as it should be and the carpet in buildings are dirty and stained). Rent prices vary among tenants

Very disappointed in these so-called "luxury" apartments. Don't know if the poor workmanship is due to hurrying to get buildings finished since our occupancy was delayed from August to November, or if builder/owner hired cheapest labor possible. Do-it-yourselfer would have done better job. They now have the audacity to raise the already ridiculous rent anywhere from $20 to $20 plus an additional 2% or 3% of the rent, depending on when you choose to renew your lease (60, 90 or 120 days in advance of lease ending).

The website said they had a pool. They didn’t. Management said it would come. They cancelled the project. They told a friend 2 years ago the clubhouse would be ready soon. He no longer lives here and they still haven’t finished. Another friend could smell something toxic in their apartment but management said it was nothing. Turns out there was a layer of mold under the kitchen sink that was painted over. We were promised to move into our 3 bedroom August 5 and it was delayed twice holding us off until mid September. During that time they put us in a 2 bedroom and expected us to pay full price
