Are you a beginner? You don't have to worry. Our workouts are challenging yet enjoyable, and the exercises can be scaled according to your fitness level. Our studio welcomes male and female students 15 and up! Whether you're just starting out or a Pilates veteran, you'll love our Method Pilates classes.
We have great intro offers for starting out! First Class is $20 or you can dive into Two Weeks UNLIMITED for just $75! No contract, No commitment! When the two weeks is up, and you are totally in love- We can help you pick your next class package or membership. Our workouts are challenging yet enjoyable, and the exercises can be scaled according to your fitness level.
If you need to cancel a reservation, log into your account. If you are having problems cancelling your class or if you need more information, please contact us via email. We are sorry, but we do not offer refunds. If you cancel your class within 8 hours of its start time, you will lose the class credit.
Contract is in force for a minimum of 2 months from the Contract Start Date, with automatic renewal for subsequent months, unless cancelled by either the client or Method Pilates, LLC with notification of no less than 15 days in advance of the next billing date.

With a passion for pilates and an entrepreneurial drive, Method Pilates was founded in 2017 by Ashton Verrengia. Ashton had spent over a decade as a serial entrepreneur in oil and gas but has always shared a love for fitness and community. After a low back injury, Ashton started pilates in 2013. She quickly fell in love once she discovered the true benefits and the incredible effect it can have on transforming one's body.

I have been coming here for about two years and truly it is a full body workout. Mind, body, and soul. All the women who work here are kind and helpful. They are training new teachers all the time and have a lot of diversity in the classes.
Dani and Ashton make an effort to say hello to every client and answer all questions.
They have a super cute boutique in the back also!

Love my Method family 💕. Method was my first time trying Pilates, specifically reformer Pilates. It’s got me back into wanting to work out again. For years I struggled at the gym without focus. Once I found method I found an exercise that I enjoyed that I could actively feel working in my body. My flexibility had gotten better and I was in the best shape of my life! I also didn’t dread going to Method like I dreaded going to the gym. I actually was excited, and I didn’t feel drained after the workouts, I felt strong and accomplished. I’ve been coming to method since they opened in 2018 and it has amazing classes and instructors, with a great full body workout. I’m always sore and can truly tell how my body misses it when I miss a week. It’s a fit fam and love how the instructors take the time to get to know you and your body needs.

Method is one of my favorite, if not my #1, Pilates/lagree studio in Houston! The owner (Ashton) and other team members are encouraging, helpful, and upbeat. They create awesome music playlists.
Most importantly though is the awesome community Method developed OUTSIDE of the studio. Method holds frequent social gatherings and community impact events so you can get to know your fellow Pilates pal on the reformer next to you.
I would totally go more if I lived closer, but if you live close to Buffalo Bayou - this studio is the best.

Method has been a favorite studio of mine for years now. They offer several different options to fit your budget and schedule. I’ve done everything from unlimited to 10 class auto-pays. The reformers are incredibly comfortable. It takes the fear out of climbing on the machine when you’re feeling shaky. Each instructor makes an playlist for the class and I can say this is a big help in motivation!!! Lol. They’re all enthusiastic too, and I’d consider it a warm and welcoming environment. Well I love the stretch class but the reformer class doesn't work for me. I felt like I was going to injure myself using the machine and I don't feel this way at other studios like Boost. I feel the instructors don't always help your form and they don't always show you what to do. They didn't provide up and down levels. I like studios bigger on form and fine you options. I thought that one instructor was condescending too (Dani) but I liked others.

I've been doing pilates at Method for almost 6 months now and I can easily say it's one of the best full body work outs I have ever done. Not only are the classes fun, but the instructors are fun and engaging. The instructors at Method set them apart from any other pilates studio in Houston. Every class is up beat, the time passes so fast it doesn't even feel like 50 minutes. It's a work out like no other!

Method Pilates is such a positive and engaging workout environment! As someone who loooaathes counting reps in a work out, I LOVE that the movements are designed to go to the tempo of fun upbeat music! That way you get in a high amount of reps without any dreaded countdown. Every workout is the perfect challenge as well! It's never too slow to the point I don't feel like I'm pushing myself or getting my moneys worth, but it's not so unbearably challenging that I'm not excited to go. Please do not visit Method if you're looking for an inclusive environment to work out in. If you do not fit the mold for the studio's standard of beauty and Instagram perfection, they will make it clear that you are unwelcome. There are much more diverse and supportive environments to get a good work out in the Houston area, I strongly encourage you to check those out instead.

I am brand new to pilates and the instructors have helped me so much so far! I'm about to take my third class and this is the only workout I have enjoyed. I have health concerns - low blood pressure so I pass out easily - and the instructors have made sure I was okay or took breaks throughout the work out!

I did a class here through class-pass. The studio was very clean. This is not a studio for people who are new to Pilates reformer. The instructor was rude and expected you to know Pilates terms, and would correct your form in a snobbish rude manner. Definitely won't be coming here again. Was not welcoming at all. It did leave me sore for days though.

I love this pilates studio! The reformers are custom made and fit my long frame like a charm. Every instructor has been amazing, with Ashton's class being the one I probably frequent the most. There's ample parking and the music is legit. Liv is also really funny, and makes you forget you're twitching and burning. Definitely give both locations a try! Rice Village is great as well and parking is across the street for FREE in Village Square (I'm front of Island Grill), or parallel behind the building. :)

Probably the most amazing Pilates class I have ever taken. Ashton is such an amazing instructor! The classes are hard but fun!! I've been going to the classes at the location off Taft and the studio there is absolutely perfect! Highly recommend method Pilates to anyone whether you are a beginner or more advanced!

Just like the original Rice location, this new Montrose location is such an awesome studio and workout! The location is also fantastic. All of the instructors are so knowledgeable and motivating. They help you with your form and make all of the classss fun and challenging. First workout studio I’ve been to that I genuinely look forward to coming to class every time. I only wish I’d signed up for unlimited classes sooner!
