I really loved and considered moving here when my friend first came here. At the start it seemed like the perfect little place to move to. But now with all the criminal activity it’s a no from me. They broke into the mailboxes in the mailbox room, they set up a gate with a code for “better security”, but people there leave the gate wide open (almost purposely) which puts residents at risk of getting their mail taken again. I’ve also seen various random cars park by the office and just grab mail (obviously it’s the own residents handing out access codes for the gates). There’s also been

There was a miss communication with the maintenance man at Barfing Oaks. The manager called me about this problem. The manager is a wonderful person and cleared up the matter quickly. The maintenance man came this morning and took care of the problem and was very professional. Thank You. Patsy.

The staff is really nice and stay on top of any concern brought to their attention. The apartments are well taken care of and the landscape is always nice. I give customer service 5 stars. But for my review I give 2 stars because of the criminal activity. Mail box and cars broken into and not enough security cameras. They can’t control criminal activity but it’s happening almost consistently in this area.

Excellent staff & honest tenants. My brother lives here. I had a packaged delivered to him with special delivery instructions to leave at the leasing office. The driver left the package at my brother's apartment door. I called & e-mailed the leasing office asking if someone would please go see if it (the package) was still there after at least 2 days & a night sitting out there. They readily agreed to look for me - and YES the package was still there. It's now waiting in the leasing office for my brother. I'd feel more than safe living at this apartment complex and know the staff (Kelli) is wonderful

Maintenance has to return several times to complete a task correctly. Our bathroom has been half-finished with a broken toilet for 9 months now. Our heater fails to function every year, and even set off the smoke alarm. Bathtub regularly has issues draining. Management fails to accommodate the disabled, and goes out of their way to nit-pick on violations.

My husband and I are so happy here! The front office staff have been amazing and have treated us like VIPs since we arrived. Our floorplan is laid out so efficiently, so it feels larger than it is - the kitchen actually rivals the one I had in our house before we moved into this apartment! The grounds are well-maintained, and the amenities are kept in good repair as well. The location is ideal for those wanting to live in Arlington but not pay N Arlington prices. For the money, you can't beat this community!

Terri in the front office is amazing! As we were selling our home and needed a short term lease. She was so helpful and put us at ease. She has been nice and friendly from the beginning to end of our lease! Baden Oaks is lucky to have her on their staff. I know I said it before, but thanks for everything Terri!
The apartment environment is quite which was also a plus for us.

First off I would like to say. We love are new apartment. The office staff is awesome Kristi and Terri are always on top of any of my problems. Josh the maintenance guy was so wonderful. Thanks for taking care of the issues in my apartment properly. Your staff is the best.

I've lived here almost 3 years. Staff is great and very nice! Never had any bug problems or any other issues here. Happy to call home!

This apartment complex was so helpful in placing a client. The leasing office was quick to respond, answered any questions and had a great, helpful attitude. Will do business with them again.
