Greg with top flight home inspections was very thorough in our inspection, answered every question i had about the home. He provided a ton of pictures and a very detailed report. Our home is under 1100 square feet and he took almost 4 hours to go through it. I would highly recommend Greg to anyone looking for someone to trust in their home buying process, without question a great experience.

Kenny was extremely thorough during our home inspection. He was patient with us as first time home buyers and answered all of our questions. Kenny was AMAZING!!!! He was incredibly informative especially for a first time home buyer! He also had an eagle eye! I feel comfortable moving into our new home, now knowing he looked it over! One word: AMAZING!!! We chose Top Flight Home Inspections because our realtor suggested them, and we were so pleased! Every step of the process went smoothly. When I called, an extremely friendly and helpful woman answered and made me feel very confident in our choice of Top Flight. Even though they are extremely busy (thanks to the crazy housing market) they were able to schedule our inspection with a waiting period of only two days! On top of that, we received our highly-detailed result documents THAT day! I will 100% recommend top flight to everyone in the process of purchasing a home.

Both Greg and Ken at Top Flight Home Inspections were great to work with. They were professional, friendly and extremely thorough. Even though there was a big snow/ice storm they got all our inspections done in a timely manner. They were great at communicating information to us, even in a different time zone! They were very helpful throughout the whole multi-inspection process.
