Very seldom do I find myself rating a company or service. However, after dealing with oak ridge home inspections I felt it was 100% necessary.
After going into contract on a home , I contacted oak ridge and spoke with Steven about scheduling an inspection. Not only did he have it scheduled for the next afternoon he informed me I would be able to attend which was a major plus !
He was on time, clean, thorough and detailed in his inspection. His explanation of the issue that arose were also easy to understand.
I am a heavy equipment mechanic as well as a general handyman, so I'd like to think

Steven was very responsive and swift in his communications with us and did a thorough job of inspecting the home we were purchasing. He sent photos of even the smallest concerns so that we felt really informed about what we were getting into with our new home. The report he provided us with was 40 pages long, clear, and expanded on recommendations for future fixes. We would definitely recommend his company for your home inspection needs!

Steven of Oak Ridge Home Inspections was our savior when we decided on a last minute inspection. I was very impressed with how thorough he was, finding the smallest of details that needed fixed in our newly built home, he definitely gave us a peace of mind. I highly recommend Steven. Steven was awesome all around. He was early to the appointment. Very professional from start to finish. He was very thorough and was willing to point things out and take extra time during the inspection to ensure I knew what was going into the report. He took additional time to answer questions and really went above and beyond. I would highly recommend him and this company to anyone I know. All around great experience. Steven was early to the home and updated me that the seller was there and that i would need to wear shoe covers (he provided) and a mask. Gave an extremely thorough inspection and outlined all issues, their severity, and an approximate timeline for repairs. Was patient with my questions, explained everything completely, dealt extremely well with the seller being there so none of us felt uncomfortable and gave wonderful tips for regular maintenance and things I'd never thought of.
