These people are horrible individuals, took my boyfriend and I through the whole process, making us wait over a week for a response only to tell us we didn’t get approved for rent that was CHEAPER than another house we just got approved for. They responded over text, all of it was just so unprofessional. Highly recommend looking elsewhere for a home.

Rick, Michelle and the team have been extremely professional in all their dealings with my five four-plexes. They have managed to turn around the property profile of the tenants and clean up the deferred maintenance which the previous management companies had neglected, but they did so in a cost effective manner. I started my lease with an Ellis HomeSource property last Summer- so it has been almost a year. I discovered them when viewing a property to lease after an AWFUL experience with a nearby apartment community. We viewed the condo we are in now, paid the deposit, and were able to move with a couple days. This was perfect because we had just moved into our previous apartment and were there a couple weeks when they decided to tell us our unit was uninhabitable and we must move! This is by far the worst experience me or my family have endured. This company is horrible with maintenance issues and communication they do make sure to be on top of payments and anything that is owed. We have gone without heat or proper working AC for weeks at a time. We have also experienced flooding amongstthat wasnt responded to quickly. We still have multiple other maintenance issues that are were never tended to. We honestly cannot wait for our lease to be over and next time we will make sure to check more reviews before deciding on renting a place. The customer service is a joke, and no
