Dr. Mehdi Karimipour graduated from the University of Los Angeles, CA, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. After publishing an article on evidence-based dentistry, he decided to pursue a dental career and attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine on a merit scholarship. Throughout his education he achieved awards for excellence in clinical achievement and skills in operative dentistry.
Dr. YiChen (Jenn) Wei obtained her bachelor's degree in biology from the University of California, Riverside, and dental degree from Tufts University, School of Dental Medicine. She also completed a general practice residency from Stony Brook University Hospital in Long Island, New York.
After four years in private practice working as a general dentist, Dr. Wei realized her passion for saving teeth and returned to Tufts University for her specialty degree in endodontics.In addition to private practice, she is a clinical instructor teaching both undergraduate dental students and postgraduate endodontic residents at Tufts.

These folks take all of the anxiety out of going to the dentist. Not only have they been great with me, but all 3 of my kids have no fear going to see them. They are extremely knowledgeable, high tech, and thorough. Plus, the front desk team bends over backwards to make your experience an easy one. I highly recommend.

I highly recommend Modern Density. Have been coming here for about two years. I recently had to have a crown replaced. I was very anxious about having it done but it turned out to be easier than I anticipated and quite painless. Dr. Hanna worked on replacing the crown. She is very gentle, patient and caring and has a good sense of humor . They also use 3D technology to make the crowns so you leave with your new crown. I also find The entire office staff to be personable, kind and helpful.

First of all, Dr. Mehdi is just a wonderful person. He’s excellent at what he does, really cares about patient satisfaction and always goes the extra mile. The staff , from front desk to assistants , are always patient, helpful and kind. Going to the dentist can be stressful , but NOT here . It’s fun! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Shoge

Modern Denistry is a great dental office where I always receive friendly and professional dental care. Today I had a cap for a tooth. No painful needles, very little discomfort, and a fast procedure.
The expert hygienists also give great dental cleanings! And they make me feel at ease in the office. Great teamwork!

I have had very positive experiences with my dental care at Modern Dentistry of Shrewsbury. JenniferLandry the hygienist is very professional and performs a very comprehensive exam and cleaning. Education is also very important to the staff and I always leave better informed. Grateful to have found such a progressive practice for all of my dental needs.

I love Modern Dentistry! Jenn gave me a great cleaning and left my teeth feeling fantastic. She took lots of pictures to show me some fillings and areas I need to be concerned with. She gave me a referral to one of the specialists affiliated with the practice and checked my insurance to see what I had left. Now THAT is comprehensive care!! Thanks Jenn and Dr. Mehdi!!
