There are a lot of children, but they act like children so I can’t really complain. And for the most part they are respectful so I don’t feel like it’s such a bad place to live in the community sense. Quiet for the most part. I like the staff and Maintance is timely, wish there was a gym for the price, but price isn’t that bad either, I’d just like a gym where I’m paying rent. But decent place to live.

This new lady that sits at the front desk is extremely rude . Her boyfriend comes by blasting music in front of the main office. She’s always outside with him & she never answers the phone. The door always has a sign stating close knowing damn well the office should be open. Please find people that want to come to work .

I was over qualified but I liked Chantalle and how she carried her self. She was always upbeat when I was just tired and tired of looking for a place to stay man and frustrated. She real nice. Offered me coffee and cold water.
She was very encouraging and send me one my way with other apartments to try to help limit my search. You don't meet to many people at businesses that are real good with people and real patient. Chantalle is.

I appreciate Chantal being professional and swift with responding to my email. Empathy is very important these days and Chantal definitely showed that and how she could prevent the incident in the future. She was very polite. It has been frustrating finding a place to live making me angry. Chantal not one time reciprocated hostility Or frustration. She was very patient, very kind, and went above and beyond to let me know she was listening and sympathetic, as well as, empathetic. She also gave me a list of apartments to try. Offered me water But I had to go.
