We concentrate our practice in the areas of probate and guardianship, estate planning; wills and trusts; commercial and residential real estate, including closings and landlord tenant law; and corporate law, including business formations, contract drafting, and commercial transactions. Ed Reda obtained a Law Degree, magna cum laude, from DePaul University in 1976 and a B.S. in Finance from DePaul University in 1973.

Richard Magnone was the best attorney I have ever had represent me in a real estate transaction. I’ve worked with quite a few attorneys and Richard was the most thorough and apt at negotiating terms. I will never forget attending my first real estate closing. Through the course of exchanging and reviewing documents, my attorney, John Ciprian, noticed a PIN did not match one of the documents, and the seller's attorney dropped his jaw, looked straight at John, and said, you just saved me a lawsuit.

Ed Reda has been our lawyer for over 30 years. When my parents needed legal assistance, I had them meet with Ed. My aunt recently passed away and my mother was the executor of the will.
