Services
Dallas Bike Works carries mountain bikes, road bikes, cyclocross bikes, cruisers, kids bikes, tri bikes, and commuting bikes. We would love to list them all, but we feel you will have a better experience by visiting or calling the shop and having one of the guys or gals find the right bike for your needs.
Dallas Bike Works is excited to announce that they will now be an official dealer for all Cannondale Bicycles products! Giant is starting a new pro road team partnership for 2019, joining forces with CCC Team for men's UCI WorldTour competition. Long travel 29ers rock, so it's great to see Yeti drop what looks to be an absolute banger with their new Yeti SB150, a bike designed with one purpose in mind, to win races!

I'm hesitant to give this shop a better rating because there are things I like, but the things I dislike overpower them. I love that they basically have anything you need for your bike and in a variety of prices. The sales representatives and the owner are outstanding, they are very knowledgeable, patient and explain everything to you. Now, most of the employees from the bike shop (the mechanics) have no patience, they do not communicate with you, sometimes they don't even fix the bike right, and generally offer one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. Deep into my ride on white rock lake I had a flat and ended up having to walk! Luckily I was near the bridge so it was a 20 minute walk to DBW.
They took quick care of my bike and got me back on the road in less than 30 minutes. So glad to have them near the lake/trail so i didn’t have to walk further.

When I walked in there was about 4 guys just talking chatting no one greeted me but everyone sure did turn around and look at me. I spent about about another 5 minutes looking no one walked up to see if I needed help. On the contrary the one guy that was helping another customer looked at me and went to sit down. I am a new rider and was looking to purchase a gravel bike at our local shop but that won’t be happening. Idk if I just didn’t match their look with my cowboy boots.

Love this place. Had been wavering between a couple models online and decided to head in to see them in person. Test rode a couple sizes and found my perfect fit! Super chill place, very helpful and no-pressure. The guy who helped me answered all my questions (even my dumb ones) thoroughly and steered me toward the perfect bike & accessories. Will be back. Highly recommended, especially if you're looking for service from knowledgeable and unpretentious staff. 😉👍🚴♀️

I have read a couple negative reviews on here which I really don't understand. I moved to Dallas over a year ago. I was searching for a local Bike shop. I came across Dallas Bike Works. I have now been in there at least 6 times from anywhere to fix a flat, adjust gears, bike Tune-up, handle bar wrapping, etc. In every case, I was just a walk in, they rarely asked for my name, they just serviced me. Each and every time the service was great! I always ended up buying something additional. I last went two days ago to get the bike ready for the season - same thing, randomly walk in, they asked how

I had done my google research on bikes but still wanted to go to my local stores to bounce my thoughts off of them. Stopped into Dallas Bike Works and they had a decent amount of bikes and luckily had one that was on my short list.
I spent some time with Fernando on a Sunday afternoon and we talked components and competitors bikes and enjoyed the knowledge he shared. Told him that I had to make a few stops at other stores. He said, "Absolutely. Need to check out other bikes and be sure to ride em, sometimes the looks are good but just doesn't feel right ya know?".
I checked out two other locations
