Great service! got some curb rash on my brand new car. Did a google search for Dallas rim repair. Found these guys and submitted an inquiry from their form on the website - 99% of the time with a small biz you never hear back! Got an email response with a quote in 5 minutes. They offered to take care of me that afternoon! I scheduled for a few days later. Told them I needed car back by 230 and would drop at 830. Night before got a confirmation call and email. Dropped at 830 am, ubered to work, got an email at 1 telling me car would be ready at 215. Everything was clockwork and rim looks brand new

Will reserve the 5th star for a few weeks to see how well the wheel holds up. Will say this, this is truly a first world issue and not the end of the world. I can afford a decent entry level sports car, a convertible. For this, I love my after market wheels to save on weight, to widen the stance for cornering, and to put more rubber on the road by allowing a greater contact patch. But as with after market wheels, there is the downside. The downside? Roads. Yes, crappy roads in Texas because we just don't have a plan to maintain our infrastructure at the top level.

The owner was extremely polite, honest, provided me insight on the least expensive path of repair, he demonstrated extreme mastery of his craft on my $12,000 rims. Car has no more vibrations from the damaged rim and he performed the work quickly. He fixed the outer bent portion without damaging any paint, and fixed the massive inner bent portion, not scene in the pictures, causing the significant wheel vibration flawlessly. His pricing was half of what the dealer last charged me to fix a significantly smaller bend in the rim. **do not let the location or older look of the building fool, or guide

I made the mistake and took a rim to RimSpec in grand prarie and I was charged almost 300 for welding 2 cracks on one rim. Not refinishing it or making it pretty. Crazy price for 2 small weldings. The worker in the back did an awesome job and was very proffesional. The girl in the front seems to be about the money. She called and texted me about paying her over the phone but id already paid... not sure why she wanted my CC info. Definately wont ever be back. You can make 300 off me today and thats it. Or make 100 bucks over and over.. no thanks. Definately wont ever be back. Trust me. Take

Don't believe any positive stuff on here about this place. It's ghetto as hell. Took 2 weeks to refund my money that took them seconds to take. Had to call my bank to get them to fund my money after getting the run around 300 buck ain't chump change. People work hard for their money and it should not take forever to give it back

Posting a critical review here for the sake of anyone with motorcycle wheel repair. I sent RimSpec my front wheel in Late April 2018 to repair some small cracks half way between spokes and bead of my wheel. The company assured me that they could fix the wheel for a price, which was a premium over other companies who said the wheel wasn't repairable. (I know I know, but this wheel isn't made anymore)
Rimspec said turnaround was about a week. So I PAID IN ADVANCE (I don't learn easy) and air shipped it to them.
I'm writing this review in October. Guess where my wheels is

No integrity, no honesty, avoidance, excessive excuses, poor workmanship, incomplete work, that was my experience with a quoted insurance repair of 5 days that took over 2 months. Working and speaking with the owner of this small business Tim I hold him responsible as he should want his business to succeed. Instead he lies and misleads and always ask for more time or to come back. If you can't do it right to begin with and again after bringing it back multiple times it still ain't done right than why waste your time with him. Go to an accredited business with professionals.

I had the same experience as Roger R. A couple years back. DO NOT take your rims to these jokers. I had them "fix" a crack in a rim that was fairly routine. Did a "weld" job that looked horrible. It took them 3 months to do this job, and constant calling and harassing. I finally got the rim back, minus a hub centric ring and a hub cap, which were difficult to locate replacements for and when I called to ask for these? They pretended they didn't know me. I had to file a credit card charge back, and still these jokers had the audacity to say they did a "decent
