Great bunch of guys!!!
They were sooo nice and friendly. Every customer I saw come in was greeted like a long time friend. My son and I went in to get new inner tubes for his bike.
While we were there one of the guys said my son looks like he’s out grown his current bike and went to the back to find an inner tube, which come to find out they didn’t currently have a size 18. He asked us to wait a moment and came back with a whole bike that was a larger size of 20”. He showed it to my son and ask if he like it. It was definitely a big improvement from his current bike.

The personal care and attention of this shop is second to none. With the pandemic, it has been very difficult to get high end components to finish off builds. Clarence and his staff literally cannibalized numerous bikes from their showroom in order to get my build done before the Texas Time Trials. You can't get that from a chain or big box store.

They paid attention to my issue as a result of my miss-assembly of my inexpensive bike as if it were an expensive specialty item and I were a regular customer. I dropped the stem (hope that is the right term) into the frame of the bike frame and it got stuck. They were jovial and kind and patient. They made a competition of coming up with ideas of figuring out how to get the part unstuck- they used zip ties which was very clever. Then they assembled the bike, aired it up, wiped it down, and helped me put it in the car. They then charged me next to nothing. The store has a wonderful vibe, they

Great store, conveniently located!! The shop has all you need! I've stopped in several times while out riding and they've quickly helped with all my issues. Staff is very knowledgeable. They also offer great group rides (for all levels) which I've enjoyed being apart of! During Covid times it's been hard to find local groups to ride with and they've been going strong throughout the year.

I drove from Oklahoma looking for a good bike shop, Mad Duck was the 4th stop. I was impressed as soon as I walked into the store. I was greeted immediately and I was on a bike within a few minutes, after a few questions pertaining to my riding style. I picked a bike and they made me a deal I couldn't refuse. If you are in the market for a bike do yourself a favor and stop by Mad Duck!

I've been looking for a new mountain bike, and have recently visited several bike shops in search of the right ride for me. Yesterday, I stopped by Mad Duck, and was really impressed with Clarence's service, not to mention the great brands they carry and the overall vibe of the shop. Clarence was very knowledgeable, patient in answering all my questions, and took time to set up each bike I rode for my size and weight. I felt he was a great consultant, and didn't pressure me for a sale.

This review is long overdue. There's no other way to put it other than these guys are the bomb! My buddy and I have purchased multiple yetis from these guys and we drive from Austin to get them. That should tell you how rad they are. They are a no bs, hook you up, down to earth bike shop. Clarence is awesome and has always been a huge help. I even bought my girlfriend a yeti from them.
I'll continue giving them my business and if you're not already, I highly recommend it.

These guys are awesome! I had a tire tread let loose on this first day of the MS-150 and was stranded in Grapevine without a ridable bike or car. Normally, the MS mechanics would be all over this... except I'm not one of those roadie types; I was a gravel 40x700 exception in a sea of road bikes.
Mad Duck initially offered to ride out to my location with a new tire, but only had a 43 (too big) or 38 (too small) in stock. They went so far as to recommend other shops in town that may have my tire... all without luck or decent customer service. When I called back, 30 min before close on a Saturday

Just picked up our Salsa Journeyman bikes!!! Clarence and Gary turned these off the shelf two wheelers into "Road King Machines"! Built to our specs and a few of their own made this as easy as 123 to get what we wanted!
No other bike shop in the DFW area will custom build a bike to your specs like Mad Duck Cycles.. Easy to deal with, NO INTIMIDATION, and an at home feeling all the way!

I took my bike in to get the shocks and breaks serviced and I needed it done before a trip the was coming up in a few days. The owner went above and beyond and was willing to meet me at his shop on a day it was closed to start the process. Not only did I get my bike back in time before my trip they cleaned it immaculately. I’ve never received such excellent service from any place of business in my life. I highly recommend bringing your business here .
