I simply love my Pedego comfort cruiser. After 2 lung surgeries in 2020 never thought t was possible I would be bike riding again. With my Pedego I'm doing 10 - 20 miles daily, with ease. I couldn't be happier. It's nice to be out and about again, at 67 years young! 🚴‍♀️ Lots of bike paths in my area to enjoy!

I had a city commuter for three years. I now have a black edition city commuter. They are both great bikes.
However the best part of the Pedego experience is dealing with the California headquarters. I do not live near a dealer so I deal with the corporate headquarters. For five years they have been fantastic. They stand by their bikes by quickly mailing parts and with great instructions. They have even gotten on the phone with my local bike store to help with installation of parts. Recently I have dealt with

My wife and I purchased 2 pedagog's about 7 years ago. We rode them thousands of miles and then decided to pass them on to our 2 adult children who are now enjoying them. We then purchased 2 platinum interceptors and they are the best electric bike ever! We also receive outstanding service from our local dealer which was a crucial part of picking

When I had the bike worked on 5 years ago in Irvine I got stellar service from a company that was just breaking out.. most recently I visited and it seems years later they still had great service- had to pay a little more but the bike was in bad shape and had been sitting in the garage ever since the throttle cable broke for the 2nd time... got a total over haul new throttle new handle bars seat derailer tires etc.
Did a super short test ride and put the bike in the back of the truck. Got home and it doesn’t work.. I moved so getting it back for them

First of all this place is beautiful! Secondly, everyone is very helpful and friendly. I was there to get a battery key for my husband who somehow lost 5 of them and the owner came out and introduced himself! I couldn't believe it! He was so nice and gave me and my Mom a tour of the whole facility. We were impressed to say the least. He told me a story about someone who had her bike stolen and called about getting the serial number to give to the police and a few hours later a man came in saying he lost his key and needed a new one. The owner, Don told him to bring the bike in and it was that girls
