Ride Description: We start at OCBS at Tyler Station, and ride to a local playground and food & beverage stop before returning back to the shop for a raffle giveaway! We are proud to offer an array of interesting public and private group bicycle tour experiences! All tours are lead by League Cycling Instructors with the research and keen knowledge of the routes and places along the way.

Felt like I was in fever dream, like I was in a sketch about people who don't know what bikes are that run a bike shop. We came in on a Saturday around noon and wandered around for maybe 10 minutes. There was one guy working the floor talking to another guy who was fascinated by how wheels work. Was looking to buy a bike and wanted to support a local a business so I tried to e-mail them later, but it got kicked back because I guess their domain isn't set up. Truly confused by how this business operates.

Brought a used fat-tire bike in. Took them awhile to get to it, but they allowed to get a specialty part they couldn't get ahold of due to Covid. They took their time and got it right. Advised me all I needed to know as far as the bike.
Good prices. Nice staff. Cool atmosphere. I will bring my bikes here anytime.

Nestled in what feels like a storage unit complex, this bike shop is very homie and friendly. The guys here know what they're talking about and you can tell they are passionate about cycling. We only stopped in to buy a tool so we can replace the chain on my bike but ended up having a good conversation with one of the techs on the different services and maintenance packages they offer. Since moving to Texas I haven't had a good tune up and will certainly be back to get that done! A little bummed the owner mentioned they may not get to it for a week or so which is a bummer to not be able

They sold me an already purchased bike. I drove 40 minutes after them telling me it was ready for me to come buy and pick up. I had been up there a month earlier to check it out and they were still getting it handed over from the previous owner. I paid for it there but couldn't pick up it up because I was told the mechanic walked out in the middle of working on it. So I would come up the next day after calling to pick it up.
Found out that night through text messages from the owner, who was frustrated with ME for buying it! I was very excited about this bike and was only finding out what was going

The owners and crew at this new bike shop are doing everything right! The customer service is top notch and the head mechanic Jorge Samana is very knowledgeable and 1st class. I brought my broken bike in on a Saturday morning with a broken derauiler and he had it fixed within the hour. Prices are fair and the bike shop has a great vibe in this cool old building at Tyler Station.

Looked this place up online after trying to fix my horribly squeaky brakes and gave it a try. Time we walked in we were immediately greeted and they started work on my bike. They had my problem fixed and out the door within 30 mins. Price was way less than i had imagined. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family!

I went to Synergy for a new inner tube and liners for my tires. I told the guy I have a new Ebike and will be needing a bike shop for maintenance. They didn't have what I needed and the guy kept trying to sell me other sizes saying they will fit I had him take it out of the box and it was way too big. At this point I told him you're just trying to make a sale and you're not very knowledgeable. He also gave me attitude and looked down his nose at me for taking the Sylvan Bridge. I told him he would take the Sylvan bridge if he rode from OC to Parkland to get to work.

Dropped my new bike off to be assembled, they did a great job. I wasn't very fond of the extras fees they tagged on, without at least explaining what happened or why they did - he ended up explaining it during check out and it pretty much seemed like I didn't have a choice.
Besides that, I think it's a cool little shop. I'm a great area and they had the best prices in DFW. Not to mention, they got it don't a lot faster than the other bike shops I called. They were very detailed and put a lot of effort into assembling my bike! I would recommend you giving them a try. I

This shop rocks! Everyone here is first class and they care about the community. I love the aesthetic of the shop and the location couldn't be more convenient. Call for the many services and levels of service they offer. I've also found the website to be helpful when trying to find local rides and info!

We've taken 3 of our bikes here...we had them serviced and repaired within a very reasonable timeframe and definitely within our budget. I'm terrible with names, but the guy who helped us out was very informative with the type of bicycles we had took the time to answer questions /concerns we had. Definitely will be a returning customer.
