Read this before signing a lease
The Edison has a couple of things going for it including a great location and an awesome pool, but actually living there, which I did for 2.5 years, is a different story.
Safety: Cars get broken into A LOT. They went through 2 or 3 different "security" teams while I was there, but all they do is drive around the property. It's not uncommon to walk out to the parking lot in the morning and see front windows smashed in. Residents repeatedly asked for security cameras, but the leasing office always refused - even after some poor resident (my neighbor) was robbed

Very discriminatory towards younger people of color. I was informed I had to make 3 times the rent asked which was approximately 5200. Bank statements from previous 6 months or pay stubs from the past 3 months would be accepted depending on source of income. I own a property maintenance business so I provided bank statements which shows I make well over 6000 monthly & my schedule C tax return which stated my company generated 90,000 annually. I didn't hear anything from the leasing office for 5 days. I then called to check on my status of my application & was informed that I was denied based off

Nothing but positive things to say about my experience at The Edison thus far. Even though I just moved here I feel at home. Haylee has been amazing answering all the questions I have had and being patient with me during the whole move in process. Moved into the Edison a few weeks ago.
So far management has exceeded my expectations.
Haylee and the team do a great job of managing this complex. They assisted my in my transition from Denver to Cleveland and always kept me in the loop with any changes or updates.
Amenities are great, pool is exceptional, prime location.

Moved to the Edison 2 years ago. The staff are amazing. Kelly and Veronica have gone above and beyond to make sure myself and my family are well taken care of. Gabe recently played peekaboo with my son in the office. I have also met some wonderful people who live at the Edison and they have made me feel a true sense of community.
People complain about the parking but I work late and although I have had to park in a lot pretty far from my building its not as bad as everyone makes it out to be. They also have done the best with the space they have and they added a parking area last year.

I have really enjoyed my experience living at the Edison. The location is great as you can easily walk to Edgewater Park and are still close to Downtown. I also really enjoyed the pool in the summer. The pool and the property in general are very well kept. Maintenance is very responsive on specific apartment issues as well.

Some call it The Edison, I call it home. 2 minutes into my first tour I fell in love with what the Edison has to offer. its views. the amazing pool. its top notch appliances and the layout for its units & even the location is where you want to be. A brisk walk to what you can only experience in Cleveland. Veronica and Kelly always have a smile on their face and are quick with a "Good Morning" as I take my first sip of coffee. I hope anyone considering this apartment complex, is able to call it home

This complex is such a great place to live! When we were coming up to Cleveland to look for a place, the office was so accommodating, and gave us a tour on a Sunday. They helped us find the perfect place, and we signed up on the spot. The apartment complex is gorgeous, and the office staff are so friendly. Every time I walk into the office to ask a question, they always have a smile on their face and greet us by name. While all of the office staff are amazing, Veronica has been so great to us. She's helped me with such small tasks anytime I asked. Like helping me get a package in a locker so that
