Apartments are great considering the price value. The ease of access to many things nearby is also a plus. I will say we’ve called the office during business hours a few times and never get someone on the phone the same time we call not just once but quite a few times
it’s probably COVID staffing/ on the grounds, bad luck etc but has resonated with others in the community. Gloria is a stellar manager and if you need something she will take care of it.

I am a previous resident and moved out due to the pandemic. Long story short, someone accidentally shipped very important documents to my old address so I came to Regent, called the office and nicely asked if they could let me in the locker room so I can grab my shipment.
Not only was the lady on the phone very cold and unwelcoming, she never came to the locker to check my package nor did she call me back which she said she would. She said it’ll take a couple minutes. Her words, not mine.
I waited patiently for an hour in my car.

We had an appointment scheduled to view apartments here for more than a week. 5 minutes before the appointment (we were already at the complex) we get a text message saying they don’t have anything available to show us and we should have called to verify. This is very unprofessional to cancel on an appointment last minute and blame the prospective clients that they should have called to verify a scheduled appointment.
Edit* This was more about the treatment given by the employee on that day. He could of offered to show us different units or the community but instead became defensive and turned

They were great! Management was always attentive and maintenance requests always got taken care of quickly. I moved because I felt it was time to buy a house, but if I wasn't going to buy a house I definitely would have renewed the lease.
One time we were away for a few days on vacation and the person we had originally hired to feed the cats couldn't, so we called the front office to see if they could and they got it done. Always helpful!

I've lived here for going on 4 years now and the place is great! I enjoy the area, the unit and have not had many issues.
Pros:
-It's like living in the woods with all the trees around us (very nice to have)
-The staff is friendly and always willing to help
-The units seem very spacious
-Awesome new decks (on some units, currently converting)
Cons
-I've had the car broken in a few times (mistakenly left unlocked a few times) So there are people willing to go into people's car at night and steal stuff. Seems like it's increased in the past two years.
-Units are not very up-to-date. Older

I love living at the Regent and it is going on a year. The apartments are in beautiful condition, any maintenance issues are resolved very quickly and most importantly, the office staff has really amazing customer service and support. This is not found often and I greatly appreciate living here and having such wonderful people managing the community. Thank you! I highly recommend.

Great apartments. Lived here for a full year and the office was happy to assist and provide answers to any questions I had.
The apartments are very large and some spots have an entire "jungle" behind them. I even saw a deer twice in the jungle from the balcony.
They recently installed self-service mail pick up. It had it's flaws in the beginning but it's been working great since. Sometimes I couldn't get access to the room so I just talked to the front office and they came down with me to open the door and helped me find my packages.
I would advise to talking to the office when you need a service
