CrossTown CrossFit is more than a gym, it is a community of knowledge and support to help you achieve your fitness goals. We offer fun, safe and effective one hour fitness classes to challenge and prepare you to be fit for life. In every class we go over all movements throughly and coach you personally.

We strive to make you better at moving before we add intensity. Our coaches are there to scale or modify every class for your specific workout needs. With over 5000 sq feet of space, we offer you a great environment to reach fitness levels you never dreamed of. Crosstown is the best! I joined about 10 months ago and I've been hooked since day one.
Services
We have 3 choices to help you reach YOUR specific goals. Whether it is accountability, special programming or help scaling the workouts, we offer a personal coach to help you and keep you on the track you want to be on for your goals. This program is designed to teach kids to think of exercise as fun.
1 Hour group class that includes : group warm up, mobility, coaching through movements of the day, WOD and cool down. If you would like personalized workouts our staff are eager to help you with your training. We offer Open gym for hours outside class time only. This time can be used for personal coaching, weaknesses and training programs designed by our trainers to help you with your specific goals.

The only thing better than the workouts are the people. Greg is an outstanding coach and tailors every workout to each athlete ensuring each person safely pushes themselve. If you're serious about getting in shape with a great group of people this is your place.

I'm new to crossfit and Greg and his staff made me feel very welcome and they work with me to make sure I'm pushing myself but with correct form. I highly recommend this facility. They promote a very healthy, friendly, and challenging atmosphere.

I highly recommend the coaches at Crosstown Crossfit because they are focused on safety first, proper technique and overall fitness improvement.
Workouts are fun, challenging and exciting to participate in.
Anyone thinking about starting Crossfit, I challenge you to do it at least 3 days per week for the first 90 days to get started; Eat as much… non-starchy vegetables that you want; Drastically reduce or eliminate Sugar, Flour, Rice, Corn, and Potatoes.
I've lost over 20 pounds, gained strength and maintained it for over 2.5 years thanks Coach Greg and his team at Crosstown.

I have been to many crossfit gyms across the country and can honestly say that this is one of the top boxes I have been to. Greg the owner has an uncanny ability to program workouts that are intense, challenging and (for lack of a better word) fun without pushing too hard which often results in injury. There is an obvious sense of professionalism but by no means overbears the laid back casual atmosphere. The coaching here is also to be desired of other gyms. From a day one crossfitter to a seasoned athlete I would recommend this box to anyone!
