Beautiful property & units of all sizes! Fabulous amenities too! We moved to Rosina Vista about 1 month ago & couldn't be happier! The office and maintenance staff are both super helpful and nice! Our Leasing Specialist, Camay assisted me during the entire process. Her knowledge and expertise were very appreciated. Camay is a true asset to this management company! I also met Naida in the office. She was very kind & helpful too! Thanks Rosina Vista.

These apartments are high price and not kept up to date, made multiple work orders and keep hearing the same thing " these apartments are not new"
Horrible communication with leasing office. The ladies at the leasing office have a bad attitude, zero customer service. Have issues don't even waste your time and calling the office.
Horrible parking situation not enough spaces for everyone,
Talking neighbors and experiencing it for myself the manager has favoritism and people she's knows with multiple units with a lot of perks because of the close relationships he has with them

Horrible management and they don’t communicate very well. We had issues with the washer/dryer the 6 months we stayed in that apartment. Washer ended up ruining our expensive uniforms (scrubs for nurses) and the according to Camay the “vendor confirmed that the washer was not the issue”.
Maintenance guy by the name of Manny confirmed that the agitator caused the clothes to rip. I have evidence and pictures that I sent the management. Emails back and forth without any resolution. Camay Randall is wonderful! She has been the most helpful leasing specialist i’ve ever encountered!! She was able to expertly coordinate and execute my move into Rosina Vista while I was four states away while out to sea. A huge supporter and very understanding of the military life style. Not to mention my girlfriend and I are in love with the apartment. It’s absolutely gorgeous! From the wooden floors, high rise ceilings, modern kitchen, to the lovely bath tubs. Everything is beautifully thought out and expressed in this layout. I look forward to making lots of memories here.

The basic luxury complex. The staff in the rental office are very rude and intrusive. The guest parking is pretty much non-existent. They could have done a much better job with the "gym". Located across from a high school so prepare for it's traffic and overflow of children. The appliances always need maintenance to come and fix them such as the refrigerator, garbage disposal and oven. The complex also has a ROACH problem, no matter how clean your apartment is.

One of the worst apartment complexes I’ve ever lived in, besides it being expensive, everything inside the apartment easily gets broken and needs fixing immediately. When you report an issue it usually takes them a long time for them to come and fix the problem. I’m a very clean person with OCD so I know how to take care of things, but the cabinets, door handles, and everything that has to do with the apartment itself is cheap. Wouldn’t recommend living here especially for the amount of rent that’s paid here.

If you like living in the projects, move here. It's ridiculously loud outside. Kids yelling at the top of their lungs daily. Not to mention all of the other noises throughout the day. Just recently our neighbor had an argument at 5am and decided to shoot off a 4 or 5 of rounds which of course I and others called 911. Later Cops with assault rifles were telling her to get out of the apartment with her hands up. 4 hours later she came out. I really feel like I live in the projects... Can't wait to move out of that overpriced complex. The apartments themselves are great! Everything

I love this place!
We have lived here for almost 2 years and I have nothing but GREAT things to say about the staff and community overall.
The location is PERFECT! We can enjoy early morning (safe) walks in a beautiful community and also exercise in the gym. We have a steam room and sauna onsite !
We often use the computer room for printing when needed. There are other amenities (pool, club house, and conference room) that we don't use often- although everything is beautiful and truly resort style.

Located in a convenient area, close to all shopping especially. Was happy with rent amount when we signed the original lease. However we had really loud and inconsiderate people living above us. They would stomp around at two and three in the morning, waking my kids up. We complained to the office several times, even took them a video where you could hear their loud footsteps to prove it but we were told it was "normal apartment noise" which if at any normal hour we really wouldn't have cared, but it was TWO IN THE MORNING. My husband and I both get up at 5 AM. Also, they give you lease violations

So far after 5 months it's been a great experience living in the Rosina vista apartments. Christina whom is part of the management, has been readily available and helpful in every sense of the word!! She responds to all questions in a timely manner and never hesitates to go above and beyond. My AC went out and within a few minutes of putting in a work order Christina was on the phone discussing with maintenance how to fix the problem ASAP! I had AC by the next day. She was able to have an extra key fob made by the next day for me during a trying time where my car was In the shop and my

I've been living at Rosina over a year now, I am very content with my living experience. I like the maintenance and office staff, very professional. Maintenance is always willing to help, without hesitation, they go above and beyond. I have a detached 1 car garage and open parking space for FREE! Visitor parking is tight but residents have priority, like it should be! 24 Hr. fitness center with sauna and steam room. Keep up the good work ROSINA!!

Just submitted my application and accepted to rent a 2bd/2 bath apartment. It is really easy to get to from the 125. It is surrounded by other residential properties and across the street from a school. Most of the properties come with a detached garage and you are reserved a parking spot if a garage isn't available. The apartments are very updated and the place I will be renting only has carpet in the rooms (which I love). It is less than 2 miles away from the Otay Ranch Town Center! Guest parking may be a little on the short end but there is plenty of street parking as well.

Been living at these apartments for only 3 months but so far it has been a really wonderful experience.
Me and my wife love the space that our 1 bed/1 bath offers. The stainless steel appliances, vinyl hard wood flooring and granite countertops are amazing and the walk-in closet/bedroom space is huge!
We haven't had any huge issues and the 2-3 minor issues we did have, were fixed right away! Parking does become a pain sometimes but it's nothing to extremely frustrated about. All it means is that you have to park 2-3 buildings down which if you remote start your vehicle like I do, you

We've been living at Rosina Vista for 2 years and are generally happy living here. Apartments are kept clean, Staff (specifically Claudia) are very helpful. Maintenance requests are taken care of promptly and you cannot hear your neighbors. You have a gas stove and gas heater so bills are minimal and water is metered individually so you don't end up paying more because of someone else.
On the improvement side, we wished that the fitness center was bigger/have more equipment.

I received a parking citation tonight for backing into a parking space. I understand this is RV policy. How come there is not courtesy call afforded to the residents so that they will be given an opportunity to move the vehicle or fix the issue? Now I have to pay $50 plus a $10 reinstatement of permit fee!!! Is this another way for RV to nickel and dime your tenants?
