I moved in several months ago and I honestly have had a great experience. I agree with all the high ratings because the apartments are spacious the staff is very nice and accommodating and quick. Maintenance includes two guys who are super nice and very quick to respond. The apartment complex is very quiet and safe which is hard to find in Fresno. I have nothing but good things to say.

I recently moved into this apartment complex and i absolutely love it. it’s extremely quiet and relaxing. Gina, the manager is so nice and always responsive when i text her and i have a question. Mariah in the office staff is also great. Anytime i call and i need something done, she puts in the work order quickly and everything gets done same day. Charles the maintenance guy is also awesome! I highly recommend this apartment complex. Great location and great staff! The apartments are also extremely spacious and very well maintained.

Don’t even look at the bad reviews. This apartment complex is amazing. Gina is the manager and always ask for her. They care about you and want you to get your money worth. I’ve never had my issues resolved so quickly! The apartments are old but very well maintained. It’s also very very quiet. We’ve only had a few complaints but they did not persist. Seriously, this is the best management and you get what you pay for. Choose Sierra Meadows!!

I moved in here after living in Cascades, and this was such a nice change! My apartment unit is so charming and clean, and I have never once had too much noise or not enough privacy. I've had a few maintenance issues that the maintenance man was so respectful, knowledgeable, and quick to help. Literally within 30 minutes at times for non-emergent tickets.
The front desk has such friendly management and they are so professional and kind. They are open 7 days a week and are extremely responsive over any questions or concerns you may have.

I lived here for three years and I loved it. I love the staff/ management and the maintenance, they are always so quick to fix any problems. The apartments are so nice and home feeling, so much space and the prices are so reasonable for what you are getting. I loved the free events they had for the residents like the wine tasting events. The area is so quiet and peaceful. I miss living here so much

This is my first real apartment on my own and I absolutely love it! The office staff is so nice and friendly. Shoutout to Gina, Alexis, Celine AND Charles for always being so wonderful and sweet. The apartment size is pretty spacious and I love how everyone in the complex is really nice also. If I ever need anything the office always answers or gives me a call back very fast. ANY issue I have they're always on top of it. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the kitchen size is a little small, since there is no pantry I run out of room very quickly. Not much storage for both grocery

Between the bugs and the drug deals we were done. Then you add the rude office staff and car break ins to the mix it got rediculous. For every bad review, they add glowing reviews to increase the # of stars. Our apartment flooded 3 times because of the plumbing. The maintenance man is very nice and knowledgeable but very over worked. For the price, not worth it.

We lived here for two years and this is probably the best run apartment complex we had ever experienced. If something broke, they were there the same day fixing it. If you had any questions or concerns, they would get it resolved within 24 hours. We had issues with neighbors being noisy once in awhile and they would talk to that neighbor the next day or have security drop by within a few mins of asking. Beyond the management, the location is great too. You are 2 minutes to river park, 2 minutes to target, and 8 minutes to Fresno State. You get a lot of square footage for your money here as well

I've lived here for one year with my boyfriend, and so far, everything is great when it comes to this apartment complex. Whenever you have any any problems, management will have a guy come in the day of to fix the problem. For example, a day after we moved in, a kitchen cabinet fell of its placement completely, we called management, and they had the repair man come in within the next ten minutes to solve the issue. Management is extremely helpful, the apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, and it provides a lot of ample space when it comes to their bedrooms and especially their bathrooms

This apartment complex is a hidden gem! While apartment hunting I found it online and I'm glad I did. It is a very nice complex with lots of plants and trees. The other tenants are very friendly and welcoming! Management is also friendly and helpful as are everyone on staff that I have met. Whenever I have a problem they get it taken care of quickly. I was lucky to come across this place as I fell in love with it on our first visit. I've been here about 4 months now and it's someplace I'm happy to call home.

I've been living at Sierra Meadows for almost 9 years. What does that tell you? That once you move in you feel comfortable and don't want to leave. They are very pleasant apartments; quiet with great grounds in a park like setting.
The Manager, Gina, runs a tight ship. She makes sure things are taken care of ASAP. She definitely knows what she is doing and does a great job. She is very professional and I rest assured she will take care of any issues promptly.

If you are looking for a great apartment with a great and helpful office staff, look no further. They are very nice and understanding people. I personally dealt with Gina and she is great at her job. The maintenance staff is very prompt and very good at fixing your issue the 1st time. I give this apartment complex 5 stars easily. They have very nice big patio areas. They are perfect if you are looking for a great but yet affordable apartment.

Warning - If you happen to live at Sierra Meadows, make sure you mess up paint, floor, kitchen, bathroom and walls as much as you can. It is because even if you keep everything clean, they will charge you for it in the end from your deposit. I got charged for paint touch up even though I only lived there for 5 months just to sleep as I spent most of my time at work. I literally would use this one bedroom apartment just to sleep, shower and cook one a week in 5 months period. They have increased the rent, not because they've renovated ANYTHING except the parking lot, but because HALF of the complex is LOW INCOME. Which is not stated on any website nor stated when applying. So while half the complex is paying less than $600 for the exact apartment you have, you are paying twice as much. Everything brakes down so easily, the cabinets are made of cheap material, and if you live on the first floor

I had a really good experience here back in Apr-May of 2017. The location is great. Gina and her team were responsive and kind. The best part is that I was renting month to month, and when my situation changed and I had to leave, they were more than fair. I was under contract for another few weeks, but once they were able to get my place rented, I was given a refund for that amount of time. I would recommend this place based on location and management. Very good experience overall!

+Large apartment for a reasonable price - if you shop around, they are among one of the cheapest apartments to rent - clean and in a convenient area.
+Washer/dryer included - big plus
+Management is friendly and responsive (I've had to report several minor maintenance issues, resolved within 1-2 days). Gina - manager - could smile a lot more...she always looks so serious....does not have a warm and welcoming look.
+Weekly grounds-keeping (Fridays)
+Near RiverPark - you can even walk it. Easy to get on and off the 41
+Gated - however gates close too slow in my opinion...easy to sneak

I love living here! It's in a great location, I love that it's gated, and I really like all the trees and greenery. My apartment is a great size and price. Even though it's a bit older, the management will fix any problems you might have quickly. It's pet friendly, which is awesome, and the staff does a ton of community events to get everybody to know each other and feel more like family. The only thing I could complain about is parking. There are very few open spots and the covered ones are hard to fit in. I'd consider that a pretty minor problem though. :)

Love this place. It's clean, quiet, and best of all, it actually has decent management. The Maintenance crew is quick and clean as well. We haven't had any major issues. Our fridge is just fine, Washer and Dryer are included, so if you don't have one, you won't have to deal with any stupid laundromat.
