The property manager (Angela), the front office team, and the maintenance team are all courteous and professional. They really make living at Westpark Apartments so easy and comfortable! I am new to the area here in Fayetteville. Apartment hunting can be stressful, but the staff at West Park are great and very welcoming. The manager, Angela, is wonderful and put me right at ease and took care of everything I needed. I have signed and look forward to living here. I don’t understand the negative reviews on here. If something does come up, I have all the confidence that it will be handled appropriately and fairly.

West Park apartments are well maintained and equipped with fun activities and trash pick-up. They offer a dog 🐕park for all dog lovers, It is Family oriented and If you enjoy working out, they also have a wonderful spacious gym. Staff is amazing. The property manager Angela is very helpful with any questions you may have. Last but not least the apartments are spacious and well maintained.

This is for the potential applicants, I was the second person to apply, get approved and then pass on this complex (No kids/no pets/ nearly an 800 credit score.) Things you should know, this is the most expensive complex anywhere around Fayetteville coming in at nearly 1,200 a month for a 1 bedroom, the square footage for their floor plans do not match the price at all, the amenities are alright but there’s nicer places for cheaper around, the lease is one of the most extensive I’ve seen. Now my experience, applied and got approved pretty fast after the previous applicants bailed, showed up

West Park Apartments is a great place to live. If we were not purchasing a new house, then we would not stay anywhere else. The staff is absolutely amazing and accommodating. This place is really a community of friendly, welcoming people. In one year, we have had neighbors who have become our friends and family. I highly recommend West Park to anyone who is looking to rent!

West Park Apartments is such a lovely community. From the initial call to move-in day, everything was buttery smooth. The staff were kind, courteous and always willing to go above and beyond. We've only been here about a week, but so far, we're impressed. The apartments themselves are furnished with fairly new appliances, modern furnishings and are quite spacious. Security is pretty tight (which is essential these days..) - the entrance is gated, with RFID card access for most of the community's common areas.

Very nice community especially the front office. Anytime I need assistance, I have gotten very good customer satisfaction. I really like living here.
