Thank goodness for The Hub! In Napa for only a couple of days and the brake cable carrier on my super old mountain bike got lost somewhere on the highway between Missouri and CA while the bike was on the back of our camper. Napa Valley Velo didn’t have the part but graciously pointed me in the direction of the Hub. They had the part and fixed it same day so we could stay on schedule! . Very nice about it even though they are super busy. Can’t thank you enough!!

They are hands down the best shop in Napa. I have had them work on my Surly Disc Trucker, my wife's Novara (REI house brand) Corsa (hybrid), and my Giant TCR Advance 1 Disc road bike. They are knowledgable about all things with two wheels, and would not hesitate to recommend this shop. I brought my TCR in after trying to do some upgrades myself, and Lex and Keith were very understanding and helped me realize what I was doing wrong. They are quite busy, but I wasn't in a rush. I had my bike back better than ever in about two weeks. Since COVID started, bike shops are having trouble with

They don't even deserve one star. I ordered a $300 kid's bike on Giant bicycles online store for someone in Napa to pick up. They would not give the the bike to them as if it is some super expensive performance bike. They blame Giant for requiring ID etc to be presented but they will sell me the same bike on the phone with a credit card!!! They are stupid for losing a sale. I wouldn't waste my money or time with these people.

I go back a long ways with this Bicycle shop the customer is first.
They want you back on your bike as going through a turnstop door.
Always easy going with phone check in and email updates.

I went in The Hub today for no particular reason Look around for a bit and I ended up purchasing a pair of gloves. While at the register I remembered I needed to get some info on greasing the lower linkage on my Santa Cruz 5010. There was a second guy at the register (ill just call him Mr. Know-it-all) who kept on shutting me down Telling me things like "Santa Cruz doesn't use grea8se ports on their linkage anymore, that's old technology" even after I reminded him that my bike was a year 2021 model. I kindly told him "I have the bike right outside I can bring it in

I like this place. They don't make me feel dumb when I go in. I don't own a regular bicycle, I used to be really into bmx but things have changed, mainly my physical capabilities and knowlege retention. I have a motorized bicycle so things sometimes need to be manipulated to get them to work. I don't get asked a thousand questions for a chain link, you feel me. I don't think I will be ever buying a new bicycle, have you seen the price of those things? Gotta take a mortgage out and shizz. However, if i were, i would definately go here first. Bought a new E bike from Giant and had it delivered to the hub. The bike came with a manufacturer flaw and they took the part off one of their bikes in stock and had me on the trail that day. They went out of their way to get it fixed ASAP. The owner (Keith) and his crew are good people. Will definitely buy from them again!!

I've been taking my bikes to the Hub for a few years. The level of customer service is excellent. I am far from a bike mechanic and they are always happy to take the time to explain things to me. When I have bought parts and accessories they always give me a range of options to choose from and they never push me towards the most expensive items. They are very knowledgeable and their prices extremely reasonable. If you're looking for a great local bike shop The Hub is your spot.

I was in the market for a new fender and some grips for my beer bike. A tall gentle man helped me and he was extremely friendly and knowledgable. They seem to have a great selection of road and mountain bikes and all the accessories you could ever ask for. If I ever feel inclined to get more into riding, I know where I will be going!

Went to the other bike shop in napa, Initials being BW. i stood around but no one asked if I needed help. Another customer told me where bike helmets were; they not well displayed. They were on the floor by the wall and barely visible. Not much of a selection so I went to Hub.
Friendly service by Seth, who helped me decide on helmet and bike lock. Felt no pressure to buy particular brand or the most expensive stuff.
Later in afternoon went back to get a rearview mirror. This time Dennis helped me select one (of several types), and he installed it into my handlebar.
This place is a real bike

Knowledgeable and friendly staff at the shop. Took my road bike down for some repairs and a tune up. The technicians in the shop took their time in explaining what was going to be done to the bike and offered their opinions as well on what repairs would be beneficial. They explained the price of everything so there are no hidden fees at the end. My bike had a complete tune up, replaced all the cables and brake pads, new seat, flushed and cleaned the gears, new handlebar wrap, and it was done and back at my house in two business days. Awesome!

My husband and I bought out bikes here almost a year ago. We have so enjoyed our experience. Our bikes are perfect for us and it's because of the expert advice of the staff at the Hub. When picking out our bikes the staff spent lots of time with us to ensure we got just the right bikes and fit. Since then we've been back several times for complementary maintenance. This time the staff found a thorn in my husbands a bicycle tire. Unfortunately it punched the tube. They took care of it although changing a tired was a bit pricy $19, but they did the maintenance of our bikes for free. We

This shop has the nicest employees!! We rented bikes with a large group and they were very accommodating. They even labeled the bikes with our names and when a few of us got over tired from biking too far in the heat, they came and rescued us from one of the wineries. We were blown away by their customer service! I would definitely rent from here again.
