Recently crashed on my bike commuting to work. Didn't do a lot of damage but I wanted to make sure everything was in order when I started commuting again. Had their service department do a full inspection and tune up. Got my bike back in 3 days and it was like a new bike again. Their service department is awesome and their sale people are great too, no pressure they are very easy going never pushing to buy .I recommend them to everyone.

We didn't have much knowledge about Electric bikes and we went in to browse. Rohan really worked with us to understand our needs and gave us options. He worked with us to customize the bike for our budget and needs. He was super patient and knowledgeable. I would strongly recommend this place for all this E- bike related!

Located in the heart of the very enjoyable, walkable Bernal Heights neighborhood, this bike shop has a perfect selection and range of bicycles, all neat and orderly and so up to date. I loved the personal attention and knowledge of the staff. They let me lead the conversation and showed me everything I needed to see and know as I was ready. I didn't feel rushed or being given a hard sell. Afterwards, take the time to walk the few blocks of Cortland Street to find gourmet treats and unusual eats.

I bought a new e-bike from New Wheel during the COVID-19 lockdown. I was extremely impressed with all my interactions with New Wheel, from getting information through online chat, to test riding by appointment and then purchasing the bike. Truly impressive.
