Was planning a birthday trip for my fiancé and came across Napa Valley Bike Shop. Rented two city bikes for a GREAT price. It was a great experience overall. Incredible service, beautiful trails they help you choose from, and fantastic bikes. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for an outdoor adventure!!!

Best customer service around! I got my bike back in less than 24 hours for a repair. I had a problem with my 2021 turbo levo which was hard to describe. I started off speaking with Chad over the phone for about 10 minutes and he said bring it in. The shop treated me as if I bought the bike from them, although I purchased it from Mike's bikes which is no longer a specialized dealer. Less than 24 hours they decided to replace my TCU and I immediately took it for a test ride on the trails. Now My bike works like brand new again! Picked up road cycling during the beginning of the pandemic. I've brought my Tarmac here for tune ups and safety checks. Being new to this hobby, I have never felt intimated asking mechanical questions and the staff is genuinely willing to answer without judgement. Turn around time is usually less than a week, but they are accommodating and try to get the work done when you're available to pick up. Highly recommend this place for your mechanical needs. They have majority of specialized products that you may need at comparable prices online.

I don't usually write reviews, but I am so pleased with Napa Valley Bike Shop that I must share it. I went in today to get replacement pedals. Not only did they install the pedals immediately but also gave my bike a quick adjustment on the brakes, tires and gears---all at no charge. I have had great experience before, and this continues the trend. They are experts and great at customer service!

Chad set us up with bikes in downtown Napa to ride up to Yountville and back this week. We had the time of our life!! It was so fun to go exploring, wine tasting, exercising in the fresh air and just unwind and go at a pedal pace for a few hours. We were set up with great instructions, a couple maps for reference and some helpful tips to navigate and enjoy the area. It was hands down the BEST part of our trip. Would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to experience Napa on their own timeline and have a truly unique and up close experience of the valley countryside.

Just moved to town and couldn't be more stoked on this shop. Jeremiah is super helpful and on top of things. Don't know what they other person reviewing was talking about as far as a long wait- I was in and out and got impeccable service. We're not that traditional LA type that complains about everything- we're down to earth and appreciate good people.

Fast, efficient service and the bikes were in great shape. Map attached to bike is a great addition along with the explanation of the bike trail by their employee. Very thorough. We could have rented bikes from our hotel for free but was recommended to Napa valley bike shop and was very happy we did. Get your rental bikes HERE!

Professional, fast, easy, courteous -- can't say enough about how easy it was to arrange a last-minute ride through wine country. They will fit you to the right sized bike and helmet. Get the gel seat upgrade -- definitely worth it. My particular bike had solid tires, which is no the optimum ride experience -- but on the other hand, they won't get a flat either -- and who wants that on vacation?

Amazing service. I came by to figure out the issue with my front wheel and brakes. In less than a minute the store employee knew what the issue was and fixed it right away. He also adjusted my bike stand that was loose. There was no upselling, no judgement of how disgustingly dirty my bike was...
All that without a charge. This is what I call great service. I will be back for any future cycling needs and highly recommend that you stop by as well.

We are avid weekend cyclists who love bike paths without cars. We have done most of the SF Bay Area trails on all sides of the bay and south as far as Gilroy and as far to the east as Brentwood. Napa Valley Bike Shop is very close to where we like to cycle the most. It is within a few blocks of the Napa Vine Trail. Let's imagine that you are like us, and you like to cycle every weekend. GREAT SERVICE!! Everyone we spoke to and worked with were very helpful and knowledgeable about bikes. Unfortunately took a star off because of a rare situation I experienced. My husband bought me a brand new bike a few days ago from here. The following day as we were biking, I turned right and as I was straightening the handle the front wheel didn't go with it. :( Down I went. Luckily my husband knows a thing or two about bikes and found out that some screws weren't tightened all the way. We contacted the store and spoke to Jeremiah. Let me just say this guy has the best customer service

It was the last specialized roubaix sport 2020. I was able to give them my old bike, and make some profit to help pay off my fancy specialized roubaix.

I purchased a kids bike as a gift for my nephew. It was in a box and I completely failed at assembling it, I actually damaged it in the process.
So, I finally swallowed my pride and decided to get help by bringing it to the nearest bike shop. When I arrived at this other bike shop, I was told that they would need 24 hours to even bring it in for assessment! and possibly an entire week before they could repair it.
I can't wait that long!, this is a kids bike.
Have you ever explained to a child that they have to wait a week longer for their gift?

Such a great team in sales and service for all your biking needs in the Napa area. They have some high end road bike like the Specialized Roubaix and e-mountain bikes. They also sell their rental bikes for a good price a year or so later. Unfortunately this year with COVID what would typically take 18 months to sell sold out in 3 months. The bikes are all inspected and serviced prior to resale. Good road bikes are hard to find as it has become a popular activity under COVID. They also offer tune up service and hopefully soon will offer bike fitting service. They do have clothing and biking accessories

My cousin, who is a cycling enthusiast, referred me to Napa Valley Bike Shop since he knew I was getting into outdoor cycling and plus they had Specialized bikes there.

I brought my mountain bike into the shop. I had to unlock both my wheels, but the problem was I didn’t have the key to unlock the wheels. The guys at the shop was able to unlock the wheels without the key. Saved me a lot of $. Also changed my tires and installed the quick release mechanism on both wheels, all in a matter of couple of hours. These guys r good! Really good! 👍🏽

When it comes to customer satisfaction and service, these guys set the standard! Noah and the team in bike sales went way above and beyond in setting me up with my new bike and even put up with my constant mind changing. All he cared about was if I was going to be happy and satisfied with this big purchase that I was taking with me on my overseas assignment. He never complained and always went the extra mile to get me the right bike I wanted. Their service department has the same mentality when it comes to customer service and some might say that the service manager has a "sparkly" personality
