Piles of trash, rude management, flooding, lack of maintenance, the list goes on. I'm too mad right now to go into a lot of detail so I'll be updating later, but in the meantime know this is the kind of people you'll be dealing with here. They wouldn't schedule a move out walk through, are over charging me on replacing the carpet, and are refusing to provide me with the estimate or actual cost of replacement. Definitely a rip off.

We love living here! Mariah is the best. She helps us anytime we have questions. We always enjoy going in and seeing the staff! We are really excited to renew our lease and upgrade to a bigger apartment with Oxmoor here soon!!! The pool is incredible, weāve made some really fun friends with other tenants, and itās super family friendly.

I moved in about 2 weeks ago and I've loved it here so far! Previous reviews stated management isn't good but Angela has been more than fantastic from the application process through moving in. She made sure I had pest control done prior to move in, received the apartment I was promised, and you can tell she cares about the tenants here. Maintenance is also really helpful. My AC has had a couple issues but they are always available (even at 11:00 pm), take the time to walk me through what the issue is, and what they're going to do to fix it asap. Overall I'm excited to live here. The price is great

Apartments appear nice because of location but thereās a lot you donāt see until you move in.
The property management group of this community and a few others around Louisville lack customer service, empathy and rates are extremely high for the units they rent out. Most units have insect issues and the office could care less. There have been SEVERAL break in of vehicles on property as well.
Please if you do anything, take my recommendation and look elsewhere. Thank you.

Kind/friendly staff, lots of young adults but also some super friendly middle age folks. Beautiful apartments, convenient location, thick (soundproof) walls, resort style pool. Overall a great community and fun experience! Also, they frequently have specials when signing up. I got my first month free back in the winter. Canāt beat it. Oh and one more thing to add, you will always find a close parking spot to your apt home which is a huge relief when returning from the grocery store and have to carry your weeks worth of groceryās up 3 flights of stairs. Move here, you wonāt be disappointed

My family and I moved in January. The office staff is very friendly and helpful..with our move in. I love or location of the complex. It's vary quite. Lots of space! we have plenty of parking witch so far I haven't seen any problems with Flooding. The grounds are kept clean. I have to say the Maintenance staff are on it! They have done an amazing job! DJ is pretty awesome ! I think will love our stay here with Oxmoor apt. Home's!

Donnie and DJ fixed my fridge today. Iām so happy with their work. They were friendly, worked around my schedule, fixed the leak, and made sure they cleaned up before they left. Donnie even taught the new maintenance staff DJ how to double check his work and do simple preventative maintenance to reduce future issues. Donnie is the best maintenance staff Iāve seen in 20 years of renting!
