Took a tour of the building with Paulina. She was helpful and informative as we toured the building and units. She answered all our questions and provided information on the application process as well as information about the units. The buildings and units seemed to be in good shape. I haven’t moved down to KC yet, but this is a top contender.

Worst place I’ve ever lived. Don’t let the “luxury” front fool you. There’s nothing luxury about this place. Everything is always broken or closed. At times you can’t even pay your rent. The staff can be helpful if they want but typically don’t have solutions for anything you need. Security is a joke because they have none. Had my vehicle stolen from payed lot that is supposed to be secure and gated but never is. All they told me was I can file a report but never heard any thing back. Always seeing reports Of cars being broken into on the Facebook page. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE

My boyfriend and I moved in to Union Berkley Riverfront a couple weeks ago and after settling in, we’re so happy that we did! Reisa, the leasing consultant we worked with, was very thorough, patient and efficient when it came to waking us through the application/speedy approval process. The rest of the office staff is also very responsive when it comes to addressing maintenance requests or explaining billing and charges. Considering the great riverfront location, the reasonable rent price, all the amenities included in our base rent, and the beautiful, quality finishes in our apartment, we honestly

I can not wait to move in on December 1.!!! If my living experience is anything like my tour and application process, I know I will be extremely happy. Reisa has been amazing!! Her attention to detail and attentiveness has assured me that I’ve made the right choice. She answers every email, text, and call with an upbeat and professional attitude!! The entire office team have been so helpful during my moving process. I couldn’t do it without them. I will call Union Berkley home very soon, maybe you should too!!

Amazing apartment complex! Paulina in particular has been fantastic to work with, she was super knowledgeable and kind and stayed in touch through the whole process to make sure everything went smoothly. There was one simple maintenance issue we noticed during the move-in inspection, and they had someone there to fix it within the week. The maintenance staff was also helpful, polite, and great to work with.

The move in process was smooth and the staff are great and helpful!! Answered all of our questions. Apartment is beautiful, VERY dog friendly community. Coffee bar is a plus 🤩
A little noisy on the back half of the building due to construction but that won’t last forever. Parking in free has been available most day but if not the walk isn’t too far.

Union Berkley is a great option for downtown living because you get the perk of having a quiet outdoor area while only being a few minutes from the center of downtown. Reisa was so helpful in our leasing process and was able to answer all of our questions. She showed us all the amenities the apartment has to offer and even gave us food recommendations. Union Berkley has been the perfect place to live with everything it has to offer. Highly recommend!

I moved in with previous management and this place was an absolute dream. Yes maybe there was a problem here or there, but overall it was amazing. New management took over around March and they were handed an amazing complex on a silver platter, and in my opinion they pretty much destroyed it. Trash had been a real issue with rooms being so full that the doors couldn’t be opened and not because of residents, but because of the trash company. It has gotten significantly betterbut other problems still remain no matter how many times multiple residents bring the issues to the leasing office

This place is AWFUL, highly recommend not living here!!! Thank God I moved out Sept 1st!!! Office staff is legit a joke! If thinking about even renting from this place I suggest getting in the group Union Berkley Riverfront residents! Promise after reading all the comments you will want to run as fast as you can from this “luxury” living! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 Also if you’re a online shopping junkie like myself this is what you’re getting yourself into... never seeing your package again! Cheers to Union Berkley for being the absolute worst

Where do I begin.... there are elevators broken in both the west and east buildings. Trash cans are overflowing all over the property. Every time I’ve called to resolve an issue there’s a different property manager, They seem to revolve monthly. I began to have allergies when I moved, turned out it was the air filter that I asked to be changed 3 times, it was brown. The security cameras haven’t been working since I’ve moved in. The trash rooms are always so full that I cannotopen the door all the way to get in there. I pay for valet trash and they don’t consistently
