I submitted a work order and the very next morning George in maintenance came to the rescue! It was a challenging fix, but he didn’t give up and talked me through the entire process. He was very kind, professional, and a pleasure to meet. Thank you so much, maintenance for all of your hard work and dedication.

We recently had a leak in our living room window due to storms we have been having. I summited a maintenance request on Friday night 7/06 and received a call from Gabriel on Saturday morning. I informed him that we would not be in town and he made sure I received an update on my request. He went the extra mile to come back to my apartment and made sure there were no additional leaks after another storm that same weekend. The extra call was a piece of mind to my partner and I. Following my request we had the pleasure of having Ricardo come and fix the water damage. He was pleasant to work with and
