We had booked to stay in a property managed by sun coast in summer 2020 which, through no one’s fault, couldn’t happen. We were issued a voucher which had a 12 month expiry on it and used it to rebook for August 2021. When it became clear that we would not be allowed to travel into America from Ireland we contact sun coast again. Shockingly they don’t have a contact number so all correspondence is via email. They told us that it was not their fault we couldn’t travel and therefore we would lose our $4500. We pleaded with them to offer us something, a smaller voucher amount or anything but

My wife and I stayed in one of Suncoast's rentals. The online reviews of the house on their site were mostly positive though old. As we found out after arriving, there were a LOT of issues with the house including safety problems and roaches (one in our bed). We called to complain and the manager said he would contact the owners and get back to us. Crickets. I've stayed in dozens of homes on the island over the years and always left positive reviews except for this one. I was invited to leave a review by Suncoast and was simply honest about both the positives and negatives. Well, they didn't post

Rented Freebird in the Plantation on St. George Island. Realty company was fantastic. They were responsive, kind and took time to answer questions and provide us with recommendations. The house was great for the price, could us a few updates, but zero complaints about our stay at the home.

We rented a home on the bay side for 2 weeks. Bay Dreams was very "adequate". I think the house is overpriced but, it has all the amenities it indicated. The barbeque grill was pathetic, but when we mentioned that to Suncoast, it was replaced that day with very nice Weber kettle. Aside from the house, Suncoast Realty is one of those companies that goes above and beyond. The morning we were ready to leave Bay Dreams, the battery in my truck failed. Stranded. We called Suncoast and one of their employees drove to the house, jumped started the truck, and offered several options for locations to get
