We took over the business in 2016 from Buddy Dubois who is retiring after over 40 years of running the business. I came to this place for wheel alignment for 2017 tundra havent drive for pass 2 yrs. Only 37800 mileage. They can’t alignment my wheel n blame on my brake pads n rotor. so I just let them fix alignment only. When I drive home I notice that my wheel til to the right. so I say myself that I go to the wrong place. so I just take it to the dealer the next day. dealer say nothing wrong with the brake pads n rotor just little bit rust from parking to long useage about 30 percent basically still news. n no I haven’t communicate with the shop n contact them. I just move on n don’t want to deal with

So, after having my battery replaced by triple A, it turns out my alternator was also out. I got my left and right control arms replaced as well, which requires an alignment. My spark plugs also needed to be replaced. All of these repairs can be stressful, but this is my third time using Placentia Super Service, so I knew that my car was in good hands. I originally had a an appointment on Wednesday, but they were able to run diagnostics on my car on Tuesday and I was out and driving again by Wednesday afternoon. There's a reason they have such great reviews! They are such kind and honest people

This shop is so amazing. Benjamin was super helpful and on top on the repairs. The Technician Anthony even stayed after hours to ensure my car was ready to go and perfect. I would highly recommend getting your vehicle serviced there. They do a complementary 60 point inspection to make sure the vehicle is in good shape and there aren’t any safety issues going on. The advisors are super knowledgeable and will go through each part and explain how it functions and effects the vehicle. Great shop!
