Carlsbad homes sit slightly above the beach, with a vibrant downtown within walking distance of most our units! Carlsbad offers guests with several optional activities. You will love to walk from the beach to Carlsbad Village and enjoy the shops and restaurants. For those shopaholics out there, Carlsbad has not one, but 2 main malls: The Shoppes at Carlsbad and the Carlsbad Premium Outlets.
Encinitas has some amazing surf spots that will be on the top of your list during your visit. Swami's is know for its' incredible surf and for the Self Realization Retreat and Hermiatage where world travelers come to meditate or look out over the Pacific Ocean. Moonlight Beach is another beach to check out because it has beach volleyball courts, a playground, and fire pits.

I’ve had the pleasure of staying at a few of Beachfront only Vacation Rentals, for my mothers birthday as well as my own birthday, I wish I was able to post a picture and some videos of the time we had. It was one of the best experiences my family has ever had, being that we are from Oceanside, ca it made it a little bit better to stay in one of the beautiful homes on the ocean front that we would see as kids. The place was nicely decorated, it was clean and the property management team was very attentive. For anyone thinking about it don’t think to long because these places book up very fast

We had a phenomenal time while staying at 835 #3 South Pacific St, Oceanside, CA. The bungalow was the perfect romantic getaway from our crazy busy lives. The place is nicely decorated and fully equipped with everything needed to have a relaxing vacation. We loved falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean. We enjoyed taking leisurely walks on the beach down to the pier and in the evenings we would sit and watch picturesque sunsets over the ocean. I've rented from BFO the last two years and have been satisfied. They have a range of homes to fit all budgets. They respond quickly to emails. They even have a texting feature & lots of info on the guest portal. The homes have been clean & have all the basics. Having the private beach is a must, especially if you have kids, as O'side has a lot of high tides and not much beach, unless you're by the pier. Having the ocean as your backyard is simply amazing. There are lots of places to eat and several local coffee shops to support.. all super close. Perfect place for walking, biking, or just chilling

I have stayed with Beachfront 2 times & are reserved for 2 more. The customer service is awesome! I bring my 83-yr old mom & another senior, plus dogs. Whenever we've needed anything, Beachfront was very pleasant on the phone & quick to respond. The properties have been very clean inside. Most things you normally use to cook, are there. We all like being off the strand as it's less busy. I highly recommend this company for rentals!

Was an amazing stay! Right on the beach!!! The house was clean and comfy, well stocked with spices, kitchenware, paper towels, TP, etc... They even had a portable ice maker, out door heat lamp and a gas grill! The company texted frequently to see how we were doing and it was an ease to check in and out! Cant wait to go back!

This property was gorgeous. It was so wonderful to sit outside in the lounge chairs while our children played in the sand and be able to run inside for anything that we needed. Beds were comfy, kitchen and table was perfect. You will want to bring water shoes for the ocean and rocks. The tv was broken when we got there, we informed the property managers right away and they came and fixed it immediately. So easy to check in/out and communicate with them. Such an awesome stay, we were definitely sad to leave but we can't wait to book again! Thank you for everything.

This was our 5th stay at a magical Beachfront Only beach rental in the last 14 months. Each property has been unique & met & exceeded our expectations! The panoramic windows provide an indoor outdoor living experience that can’t be beat. The properties provide everything you need to just check in and relax. Upon walking into this property, I did such a happy dance! The kitchen is a chefs dream and the dining room table that seats 14? The condo was amazing! The view was fantastic. Loved the location, proximity to the beach and ocean. We had a problem with the internet, but it was resolved quickly. The IT tech even came back after 5 pm to install the new hardware.
We were a little concerned when we saw lots of folks next door, but we never heard them! Tons of space for our family. And the place was equipped with all of the kitchen items that needed! Sitting on the patio watching the ocean was so relaxing. And loved that our furry family members were welcome! We are are planning on a second visit this year.

This was our 3rd stay with Beachfront Only and it was as awesome as usual! Well maintained, so close to the ocean, peaceful and relaxing, we could hear the waves from our beautiful and comfortable rooms. There were some minor problems, but they were taken care of immediately by the staff. For example, we couldn't figure out how to open the panoramic glass door to the patio, and they had someone out there within minutes. There were some minor cleaning issues, like toothpaste on the wall in the bathroom and a dirty banister, but nothing that we couldn't take care of ourselves. The house was so well
