We offer a variety of vacation homes in Carlsbad, California; perfect for your coastal vacation! All of our unique properties are located near the beach. Each property presents an opportunity to enjoy the North County, San Diego lifestyle. Our properties are steps from the ocean, where you can enjoy daily walks on our beautiful beaches and superb boardwalk.
A reservation is held with a deposit of $250 using a credit card. This deposit will serve as the security deposit also. This is the only way to reserve a property. Upon receipt of your deposit, a rental agreement will be furnished to review, sign, and return to us. Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of your signed rental agreement.
Nicely furnished, air conditioned, 1 bedroom that boasts a King bed in the bedroom and a comfy queen pull out sofa in the living room. Add a fully equipped kitchen, HD TV, and high speed internet and you can really unwind! Outside you will enjoy wonderfully landscaped grounds, gas BBQ's, a laundry facility, and a scenic outside table with chairs overlooking the village activities.
