I've lived in my condo 5 years, and this is our 3rd management company. I feel so grateful that we finally have a professional company managing us, and Anna S. has always been terrific every time I've had to call her. I've only met one of their maintenance workers but he was phenomenal.

Horrible maintenance response and general customer service. Every time there is an issue, trying to get someone out to repair is next to impossible, regardless of the situation. I have had my AC go out in summer, water heater go out several times, garage door won't function, dishwasher break, kitchen faucet severely leaking, and kitchen sink/garbage disposal in need of repair with several days of waiting for the work to be done. I have requested new dishwasher racks to replace the broken ones (broken upon move in) several times, and I have been ignored.

Apparently none of these are considered

Called to see if they had any one bedroom available and spoke with Maritza with excellent customer service !!!!! that I had to let her know that . Even tho it's part of her job to answer any questions you may have she was so patient with me that seriously you would've thought we knew each other I just want to say thanks Maritza for your excellent customer service ! Terrible management company, we needed a bigger place and was pressured into singing a lease months before our lease was up, we were very hesitant but were told we'd move into the next 2 bedroom available ; we'll fast forward to a month before the lease is up when we ask about availability and were told there won't be any openings for quite some time, meaning we were now stuck and of course found an ideal place , so Prima said we had to do our own showings and if we didn't they'd take our security deposit for doing them, and they also said we'd be relieved as soon

I can't say enough on midtownrentals and prima. I spoke to Anna and so glad she answered the phone. She was so sweet and helpful. I was in a crunch time wise. I can't say enough about Anna. Truly if you need anything she is the go to person. I definitely will recommend this company and her to everyone I know. Thank you Anna

I currently live in one of their places and in my option would move out today if I could ! Management is terrible and they do not know how to be professional! The property is ran poorly! I have made multiple calls about a moldy washer they never answered back. When I send 5 emails I put multiple explanations and The person who I was sending them to finally responded with rude comments back to me ! The tenants park wherever and they send out letters telling people
Not to do it and they still do and they do nothing about it. I had a plugged garbage disposal and they send a person who has.no clue

My experience with Prima Management, has been truly Aweful. I called in the other day to inquire about what their minimum credit requirement was. The girl I spoke with on the phone told me that there was a 650 credit score requirement. I then asked if it would be possible to have a co-cisgner on the app. She told me that they do accept co-signers and to just note on the application that I would have a co-signer. I made sure that the woman was aware of my current credit situation (around 500 score, very bad I know) and she assured me this would not hinder my application process.. I made sure to

We rented from Prima....that was a mistake. We stayed for a full year as our lease indicated. We're great tenants and keep the places we stay clean and in order and always pay our rent on time, if not early. Shortly after moving in we found out we had a large hole in the foundation of the basement. Tons of water got into the basement. The constant moisture got a rug of ours all moldy and ruined several boxes of our belongings as well. Prima never bothered to do anything about reimbursing us for our items ruined by their negligence of fixing the problem promptly. They just documented stuff

When I decided to move out of town, and rent out my home instead of sell, I started looking for a company to manage the property while I was away. I was initially excited to use Prima, but after a few months it was obvious they didn't care about me or my property, they just cared about getting my money. Ben V. was my contact person and it seemed he went out of his way to avoid my house.
