Market West Apartments

I wouldn't recommend any one live here. My poor daughter has been bullied by staff and the noise (I've witnessed it) is unbearable. She has asked several times for something to be done and never is. They DNA sample your animals like you live in a college dorm and the amount of money you pay for awful management and small space, def not worth it!! She recently had maintenance come in to fix something (first time she's had to call them) they blamed her for why someone broke (after 4 years), took and broke HER supplies and didn't even tell her until she called to ask for it back...in which they blamed

I love it here! My partner and I have lived here for over a year now and we are so happy we chose these apartments. The apartments are really nice, and all of the kitchen appliances seem very new! I am obsessed with the grey subway tile backsplash in our kitchen. We are in a one bedroom apartment, and have never had any issues with noise from our neighbors or the apartments above/below us. The only time we can hear people is in the hallways. These apartments are super dog friendly!! A ton of people who live here have dogs. They have a great dog park! The location is great too, right next to Greenway

Wonderful place to call home! Amenities are great, apartments are modern and well done, buildings are quiet.. Basically everything you could want in an apartment! If you're on the fence based on the past reviews.. Ignore them! I have nothing but positive things to say about Market West!

I normally don't write reviews, but this complex should really have a higher rating so I thought I'd give my input. I've lived in several apartments in Madison and this one is by far the best experience I've had. Management is friendly, quick to respond, and doesn't seem to mind answering questions, no matter how trivial. Maintenance is fast. Amenities are great (pool, workout room, underground parking included, huge storage room included in front of your parking space, gas grills and fire pits, dog park, huge community room with pool table, a theater, and kitchen), especially for the price. Pool. Shopping nearby. Balcony. Nice neighbors. Gas cooking range. Lots of grills. Solid surface/stone countertops. Beautiful dog park w/ Turf. Fourth floor is the quietest. 1 + Den is perfect for a Work From Home Office or even a nursery. Well kept Theatre + Workout room. Poolside yoga on Saturdays. Nice walking sidewalks/path to downtown Middleton (5 minutes away!). Included underground parking w/ awesome storage space right in front of your parking spot. The only reason we’re leaving is because we bought a house for more space. We’ll miss all the conveniences of renting at Market West. Great

Our Market West experience has been a pleasure. My wife and I came to town and needed to find an apartment immediately. The staff was very flexible and friendly and we moved in within a week. The apartment, staff, pool, and amenities are superb and we couldn’t be happier. The one drawback is that our apartment happens to face a shopping area which is across the street. Nearly every morning, during the week, trash trucks come between 5 AM and 6 AM to empty the dumpsters and the noise nearly always wakes us up. These stores also have large trucks pulling in, some before dawn, and the noise is disturbing

Honestly I love this place! I don't understand the poor reviews. Someone touring the complex today asked for my honest opinion and I had only great things to say! That made me think that I should leave a review.
I love the amenities and the management is great - super nice, responsive, and helpful. I LOVE the apt unit. I have to say that I am surprised by some of the negative reviews, because our experience has been just the opposite. Granted, there was a lot of traffic/inconvenience during the construction phase of the property, but that is to be expected--it is just the nature of new construction. There were bound to be some glitches in the individual apartments--again the nature of new construction. It would have been nice to have had the pool during the summer, but I understand those delays were unanticipated and not the fault of management.
