This property is well-managed now, by the owner's family, and is one of the cleanest, most well-kept, and friendliest properties to call home in the area. Located conveniently in downtown Middleton, the apartments are large, especially compared with newer buildings, and the management staff are amazing. Rents include internet, parking, storage, and amenities like a monthly breakfast, fresh fruit in the lobby, and events on the patio.
