Do not live OR work here. The apartments may look new, but the buildings are not. The office has high turnover for staff now, and there is a reason for that.
Also, the manager wrote fake reviews to pump up there score after truthful reviews lowered it. Do not trust Axiom Properties (they are from Illinois).

I've been living here for almost three years now and I still totally love it. My apartment is cozy and well taken care of, the maintenance team is fantastic! They are always here right away to address my issues. And the office staff is great! Whitney is one of the best Property Managers I've ever had to deal with. She's compassionate and fair and always has a smile on her face. The location can't be beat, they just built a huge Goodwill right across the street, and there's plenty of food and entertainment options within walking distance. I would recommend Springtree to anyone and actually have

I have lived at Springtree for a year and I LOVE the location. I like that we aren't next to any really big businesses or stores so traffic is pretty quiet most of the time but it's still within walking distance to a lot of the things I need. I also love the Middleton community feel! I previously lived in Madison and then moved to a smaller town for several years so Middleton seemed to be the perfect place to settle in.

This was our 1st place after moving to Wisconsin so my husband can be near his elderly parents. We loved living there just wish the parking lot had better lighting at night. After 4 years we got a new neighbor who didn't care for the noise (screaming when the packers got a touchdown) and called the cops on us 2 weekends in a row and it was before 6:00 PM.. The location was perfect and close to everything you could need. The management team and staff we're great, maintenance staff always helpful.

Springtree Apartments has been a great place to live for the last 3 years! I truly love the office staff, they are so kind and accommodating. Any time I have ever had a concern, they have addressed it immediately! I love what they have been doing the last couple of years working on the property with the new siding and garages! It's looking very pretty around here now. You can't beat the location and the price. I absolutely love it here and plan to stay for quite some time.

We moved into Spring tree in August and it has been a great experience thus far. Every time we have something break or maybe just not seem right they come right away to fix it. They even schedule a time around when the pup will be out since she isn't used to males yet. One time we even called about our hot water and the maintenance came within the hour just to turn our tub on and show us there in fact was hot water. We've never had an issue with our packages, one time Sonia even let me harass her about a package and was so understanding about it. We use the gym so often and it's never overcrowded

Springtree is the best place to live! The ladies in the office are so helpful and always greet you with smiles and positive things to say! if you ever have a problem with mail, your apartment, or anything else they are happy to assist and do EVERYTHING in their power to give you the best help possible. 100/10 recommend this place for 1st timers and experienced renters alike.

Dated property, but great management, many amenities, and updated individual units make up for it. Quiet area to live, but close enough to anything you need. And downtown is only a 10-15 drive. Quick to remove snow on sidewalks and driveways. Overall a very pleasant place to live, and plan to stay for a while.

The pictures that are posted are very accurate. The office team was very patient with me on the paperwork process. The Springtree Apt. staff are very honest and understand what type of living arrangements are needed to make the tenants have a comfortable living. Our apartment is awesome just like they said it would be. Thank you.

Went today to Spring Tree in Middleton, WI to inquire about an apartment and the man at the front office was very nasty. He was condescending. Talked to my like I disgusted him. My sister witnessed it all. When I decided I had enough, and left; he even screamed awesome! At the same time a white man in a suit came in and he put a big smile and treated him like a king. I believe this man did not want to rent to me because I am a Spanish woman. This kind of discrimination is unacceptable. He judge me by the color of my skin and considered me not worthy of his time.
