I have lived at Silverstone apartments for a few years now! The maintenance crew is prompt and helpful, and the office returns emails quickly. The buildings are kept up well and the clubhouse has a nice pool space and fitness area. I had requested for paint touch ups once, and although they were not able to get to our apartment quickly, they did try to assist, and also left a bucket of paint for personal use.

These apartments here are very clean and well taken care of, with just a few minor paint chips-no apartment can be perfect right? There is sufficient closet space and the choice of an underground parking spot. The neighborhood is quite nice and safe, being next to a retirement community. I have only lived here for a week and a half but these are my observations thus far.

We have been here for about six months now. We have had a number of issues , and maintenance was very quick in responding and getting the issues fixed . Maintenance personal were very professional and respectful.
Landscaping , Snow removal quick and to the point. Overall living conditions are great.

Apartment building and garage are clean and well maintained. The environment is super chill. The walls are thick. Overall great apartment, but I've had frustrating experiences with maintenance. Had to go 2 weeks in the summer without A/C. Also, there were squirrels in the ceiling and walls that were annoying for several months.

Silverstone is a great place to live, which is I have resided here over 15 years.These are somewhat expensive apartments, but you definitely get what you pay for. The buildings and grounds are well maintained, and most winters the snow plowing and sidewalk-clearing has been fast. Some of the reasons I moved out west here from the east side, were the convenient location closer to my work, because even the studios have in-unit laundry, the option of underground parking available for an extra charge, and free off-street parking. In my experience, the property manager and maintenance crew are helpful

I lived in at Silverstone apartments for six years until I bought a house. After some big life changes, I sold the house. The only place I considered living was Silverstone. So, my family moved back! We feel so safe here. We love the neighborhood and the ability to walk to the library on the corner. Come visit and see for yourself.

Living at Silverstone was a wonderful experience for me! It's in a great location, very central to all the attractions of the West Side, as well as in a safe neighborhood. My unit was clean and the building well maintained. The office was very prompt on all inquiries and maintenance requests. The added amenities were a huge plus, especially the pool and workout room at the Clubhouse. Most importantly was I felt very comfortable and at home. I will miss my apartment very much and highly recommend Silverstone.

I have been living here for about two months now. My husband and I love the place very much. We used to live at downtown area of Madison, so would like to try new scene. The neighborhood is very calm and definitely safe. This place have more than enough parking. The building is clean and always feels like home. The staffs are friendly and nice. The fact that this place also comes with gym is very nice too. The pool is open during summer.Ooh and the apartment also comes with washer and dryer!!! No more coins. Love everything about it so far!
