Tammy is a Stott Certified Pilates Instructor and a Hatha Yoga Practitioner. She has been in the fitness industry for over 25 years, and has been a Massage Therapist/Holistic Health Practitioner since 1995. Tammy is originally from the East Coast and came to California in 1989 while serving in the United States Marine Corps.
