Sage Therapeutic Pilates was opened in 2017 to promote whole body health through Pilates and therapeutic exercise. With emphasis on breath and flowing, yet precise movements Pilates helps to achieve balanced strength and stability for our bodies. Feeling strong and moving freely have a significant influence on our quality of life, and we want to help you feel your best!.
Modern day society is hard on our bodies. Hours slumped in front a computer screen, driving in cars, or sitting in front of a TV can wreak havoc on our backs, necks and general feeling of well being. Americans have an epidemic of poor posture that contributes to back and neck pain and feelings of malaise.
We have a fully vaccinated staff and will disinfect common surfaces and the Pilates equipment between each client. Mask wearing decisions will be made between the teacher and the client. To ensure that we have time to clean, please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your appointment time and allow for social distancing between clients in the waiting area.
Please choose "Book a class" to schedule an Equipment Class the equipment classes will have 2-4 clients per class. Prepayment is requested. Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move in. Form fitting clothes are preferable, but not mandatory. Most of the session will be done barefoot or in socks, but sneakers may be desired for some exercises.

I have been working out at 1:1 sessions at this studio for over 2/3 years now and it’s made the biggest impact in my overall health and well-being. The trainers are exceptional and the equipment is top of the line—all the bells and whistles to get you back into alignment, especially after injury or if you’re new to Pilates, and even veterans will enjoy coming here and feel even better when u leave—I promise!

Jenny is the best!! I was one of her clients just before she opened her own Pilates studio and I moved to the Scottsdale area. I miss her so very much. She is a true professional and a talented therapist. She knows how to accommodate people with various issues (bad knees, bad back, bad shoulders, etc.). I hope I can find a new instructor/therapist with half of her insight and skills.
