For your convenience, printable floor plans are available in PDF format and can be found on each floor plan card after selecting the desired apartment size. Any unit denoted as "ADA" is compliant to the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act and may offer features different from other apartment homes within the community.

I love this place! Because... The PEOPLE! And the location. The management and maintenance staff are both incredible! The location is great, because it's right on the border or Wyoming and Grandville. So lots of shopping centers and things to do, plenty of freeways close by but can't hear them from your home. Lovely little neighborhoods, schools, and parks, hop opportunities galore. You name it... it's 10-20min away, I'll bet ya! Lol.
I also prefer living in smaller complexes, because of the tighter-knit sense of community. It draws one to stay longer and most often will bring out the most unexpected

This is the second time I tried to submit this review. I think it has to go through the approval of management in order for it to actually post.
My review of this place is NOT GOOD. The same day I sent in my check in list my roommate got a call at work. Supposedly they got numerous tenants that have complained about my dogs barking.
This is literally 5 days after we moved in. I take it whoever made this complaint must have went to all the other residents and asked for their approval to call in at the same time. I have heard many dogs barking, howling, running loose, and seen many owners stand

My husband and I have a newly modelled one bedroom appt here, and we love it. There's a beautiful pond view in a quiet area. A bit expensive but we have new appliances and convenience on the first floor. We absolutely love it here. Highly recommend for families. (The ducks in the back yard make it worth every cent)

I love living here!! The complex is centrally located for me, and the green space out my slider provides as much privacy as I need. The office staff, particularily Jaylyn, are awesome - very friendly, caring, and responsive. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently. For me, it's a good value!!
