I live at the castle and came home to cars everywhere. I look in the courtyard and see there is a fashion show taking place. It was very loud and would have been nice to get a heads up about the event taking place. I am also not happy with the fact that after the fashion show was complete they were offering tours of the castle. Now there were about 100 guests most unmasked. Now they're bringing them into our home and letting them walk through the halls. This seems very inconsiderate of the people who live here because you are bringing many people who don't live her and probably don't plan on living

A pleasure to live here. I love that everything is concrete, so I don't hear my neighbors. Lots of amenities. Staff are a genuine pleasure to work with. Rent is reasonable. I actually like the architecture (I know, unpopular opinion). Some issues with other tenants, but not anything that any other complex wouldn't have.
One request: Please don't review the Grand Castle unless you've actually visited or lived here. "I think it's ugly" is not a valid or helpful review for prospective tenants (they have eyes).

Our experience at the castle has been pretty good so far, you do get more for the price. The staff is really quick to respond to emails and calls. maintenance guys are super friendly and quick to fix what needs to be done. Haven't had an issue with them once. Super helpful compared to other apartments.
The only thing that's really bothersome to me are, the lack of cleanliness. People like to rip and dirty the elevators, with hand prints and foot prints around the elevator doors/walls.
The amount of dog dropping are disgusting, the fact that people have dogs and cant pick up after them is just

We have lived here in a one bedroom for two weeks now. So far it’s been great! Everything is very clean, new, and exciting. The workers have been amazingly helpful and kind and the amenities are outstanding. For the quality, this is much more affordable than anything downtown (and mere minutes away)! It’s very exciting to be here this early on, when things are changing daily. We get to watch the castle come alive. Yes, it definitely sticks out in the surrounding community and change is always going to be frustrating to some. But, from an actual resident, I have to say... I love this place!

Wow. I stopped by to take a look at the place and wandered around the building. All I can say is wow.
The place looks like it was abandoned before construction was completed. There is styrofoam everywhere being used as "bricks" and the castle details. See the photos. How long could that possibly last?
The courtyard has junk lying around and lions that appear as though they've been sitting for quite a while. Just look at the photos to see the weird unfinished surfaces everywhere.
Construction junk is everywhere. It's as though the builder just gave up and walked away. One stairwell I walked through
