My wife and I moved into Sunflower Apartments in June of 2020. We have been here almost a year and have signed on for a second. Sunflower Apartments is an oasis in an otherwise buzzing Urban/Suburban environment. They spend their efforts where it really matters. There are no gimmicks or frills, but rather a dependable and safe environment with essential amenities and a friendly staff.

Just lost 50% of my deposit fee for fees they “found.” Almost $200 for a minor carpet tear, a $90 fee amongst other things. When I put in a maintenance request, they would take at least 2 weeks to fix the problem. I would have to literally call and ask the front office to send somebody asap. They have cheap paint so goodluck with soot damage. The office is truly unprofessional and fake when it comes to honesty and integrity. The prices just go higher every year. Low quality service, they really honestly don’t care. I have read the other reviews now and it all makes sense, I’m sure the “owner”

Id I could give this place 0 stars I would. Management is completely and utterly disrespectful. I had noise complaints since the first week of move in due to loud neighbors that constantly allowed their children to scream out the slider and the front door. Constant stomping and fighting between spouses happened DAILY. Even with proof of all of this management did nothing, even filed a police report with Wyoming police and management did nothing. I had mold growing in my bathroom for over a month and management kept ignoring our requests until we went to the attorney generals office and filed a

I can't believe how unprofessional this office does business! I was given an appointment for this morning only to find out their last apartment was rented to a walk in...really? Why tell applicants we need appointments if there is no availability when we get to the office!!!! SO unprofessional and I will never recommend anybody there....period!!! I should have asked them to pay me the hour of work that I lost!!!!!

What can I say, I really love my 1 bedroom apartment. Having lived there for the past 6 months have come to enjoy the quiet atmosphere. For an apartment it is surprisingly very quiet. The rates are very reasonable, the utilities rates are also affordable. Finding a new place to live can be very stressful, however the staff helped to make my move very easy, I would recommend this place to live to any of my friends and family. (excluding ex girlfriend)

I did a great deal or searching for a good apartment before my wedding. It was very important to me that she be in a place where she felt safe and felt comfortable. If you are like me, you did a lot of searching to find an apartment that was in a safe location and didn't have bug, or management problems.
