If you have been dreaming of a Summerville apartment community with friendly staff and neighbors and the amenities of a resort, like a pool with cascading fountains, an elegant clubhouse with complimentary coffee where you can chat it up with family and friends, a cardio and strength training fitness studio, a business center where you can complete those last minute projects, as well as the pet-friendly, leash free dog park for Fido, then The Grove at Oakbrook is the place you will want to call home.

This has been my first apartment in SC. When I first arrived I was in love with this place. However, the service has not been up to part in the last year or so. AC has not been properly fixed. It has broken down at least 3 times and the last year with not really an explanation to why. Bedroom windows are not properly sealed causing mildew. Last year I renewed my lease thinking it would get better and nothing so far. I am very disappointed I had high hopes for this place

I loaded a photo of garbage that has cluttered the side of the road for days. This now occurs every week it seems. Ever since a management company from Texas took over our community. When this company took over they also raised my rent by almost 200 a month. Thanks I feel so great at my home of over a year.

Never move here. They’re here for your money and that is all. They close their amenities constantly and for long periods of time without any explanation. They’ve permanently closed their gym for COVID and have never given any explanation or time frame on ever opening it again. They have the pool closed 75% of the time and when opened they only allow a few people in at a time so you can’t ever get in anyways. Basically you’re paying 1400 a month for a roof over your head and you better not need any maintenance, because they will never fix anything.

Very nice apartments, family and pet friendly lots of activities (food trucks, yoga , etc ) for residents. I would love to give it 5 stars but won't because we moved in a month ago and a couple days later they closed the pool for repairs and it is still closed. The pool was a major point for us moving here and its starting to feel like it will be closed all summer very disappointing.

It was awesome when we first moved in, but The Grove is very transient. People moving in and out every day. A plus is when you put a fix request in, it's usually taken care of the next day. Projects that should take a month or so end up taking 6+ months. The new pool bbq seems to be taking forever. Walking by it daily, seems only one or two flagstones get placed. At this rate, it'll be next year when it's done. Oh, we moved.

I have lived in apartments for the better part of 10 years until I recently decided to purchase a home. I have lived at The Grove for two years and have enjoyed every second of it. The apartments are modern and very spacious, the facilities are well kept and accommodating for all and the management and maintenance teams are the best I have seen at any complex. This is by far the best, safest and cleanest apartment complex in the area. Management is quick to listen and resolve issues, maintenance is very fast and efficient, work orders are typically completed within the day, and the residents take

Leasing staff is fantastic, apartments are really big, grounds are beautiful, and maintenance responds quickly. Parking can be ugly after 5 or 6pm and the kids in the complex can be pretty noisy but I've never had an issue when I've said something to them and the girls in the office do everything they can to take care of it. Definitely recommend this place.
