Bodytonic Pilates
Founded in 2005, Bodytonic Pilates is a BIPOC woman owned and operated Pilates Studio in Downtown Seattle's Pioneer Square neighborhood offering private, small group, and online virtual classes. Our studio culture is rooted in inclusivity, health, empowerment, and mindfulness. We create individualized exercise programs designed for athletes to those seeking post-rehabilitation.

Our workouts will help you to develop mind-body awareness while balancing musculoskeletal strength and mobility, leading to greater ease in movement, pain reduction, and enhanced wellness. Totally cool professional studio in the heart of Pioneer Square. I have been going twice each week for 5 years.
Services
Offering a refreshing alternative to the typical gym workout, Pilates can transform the way your body looks, feels, and performs, while also providing a successful tool for stress relief, pain reduction, and injury prevention. Additionally, Pilates may keep you healthy.

According to a 2013 study at Duke University Medical Center, there is growing evidence to support that mindful exercise, such as Pilates, reduces cardiovascular health risk factors and improves mood state, making it an essential part of a healthy lifestyle.Pilates instruction at Bodytonic emphasizes blending strength, mobility, and flexibility training while focusing on precise skeletal alignment, muscular contractions, and breathing patterns.
We are a boutique Pilates studio, which means we take extreme care in designing each class for your unique needs. To start this process, we ask all students new to our studio to share a bit about themselves before booking their first class. Please complete these intake forms, and we will be in touch with you to initiate scheduling and answer any questions you may have about Pilates and our studio.
At Bodytonic, we specialize in individualized private and group classes. Class capacities are limited to ensure all clients receive a customized experience. Both class formats have studio and virtual options. Studio classes utilize our equipment - reformers, trapeze tables, springboards, stability chairs, and more.
At Bodytonic, we focus on private and small group pilates classes on our reformer equipment. Private classes are available as a solo, duet, and trio. Group classes have a maximum of 6 students. Our small class sizes ensure that our instructors can dedicate individualized attention to all students. In our studio, you will feel confident that you are learning Pilates correctly and safely.
If you cannot keep your appointment, you are required to notify Bodytonic Pilates 24 hours in advance or agree to pay in full for the missed appointment. Duet and Trio Classes attendance requires prior Pilates experience and Instructor approval. Duet & Trio Classes are scheduled on a standing appointment basis to ensure a stable workout routine for all class members.

This is a nice studio and the owner and staff are very professional and supportive. They always check in to see if clients have any physical issues that may require modifications of the standard exercises. The workouts are challenging but tailored to clients' individual needs, so they're suitable for anyone from beginner to advanced level. I highly recommend Bodytonic Pilates.

I love the small class sizes at Bodytonic Pilates. Staying fit during the pandemic and my pregnancy was important to me, so glad I was able to stay active with Nadia's virtual classes. Nadia is so knowledgeable about the body, I always felt very safe exercising with her in a virtual environment. To anyone looking to bring more strength and stability into their life I would highly recommend classes with Bodytonic Pilates.

I've been attending classes at Bodytonic Pilates with Nadia for over a year. I am not a ballerina or athlete, I am a middle age man who sits at a desk. Nadia is incredibly skilled at finding the right balance of support and challenge to meet my goals for strengthening and flexibility. She is able to individualize exercises and support even in a group setting, tailored to my abilities.
Even more impressive, she's been able to maintain this level of support through remote sessions during the pandemic. I would highly recommend Nadia and Bodytonic to anyone of any ability level curious about incorporating
