I’m not writing this because “ I feel” a Certain way THIS IS WHATS HAPPING UNDER THEIR MANAGEMENT!
Pleas keep looking for other apartments I guarantee there’s better and affordable! No stars! My car was broken into and had my catalytic converter manually cut out, they don’t have a single camera. On top of that you sigh a agreed lease and end up paying around 500$ more than you anticipated!

Once again I have to give 5 stars for their maintenance guy Cody. Super timely and helpful service. Management is always very friendly and takes care of things right away. McKenzie is very professional and addresses any concerns promptly and with a very friendly disposition. I highly recommend this community.

I just moved in with a roommate and I have to give a shout out to the office. From the moment I got here the team has been nothing but accommodating. I needed to move in after-hours, and the team made sure to make arrangements with my roommate to make sure I had access to the apartment. They made me feel welcome right off the bat and I look forward to living here!

Stan here, new to CO and things are off to a great start here at the Village Creek. Loving the location so far!! I'm enjoying little walkway next to the creek filled with ducks and a few horses across the way too! The office staff has been extremely friendly and accommodating and the nice young man in Maintenance has already been by to fix my ac successfully! Life is good.

I have been here for three months and the manger for maintenance Mr. Ben is amazing. Had major issues with my AC within time of reporting to calling it in, he came by serviced it and was so awesome. My tire went flat and again Ben was at my side to get it fixed for me. I love this place. Price of rental is great and the staff is simply amazing

If I could give 0 stars I would. We didn't live in these apartments for long before we noticed a terrible smell coming from the fireplace, many calls and a maggot infestation later they came and busted the wall open only to find there were 10 squirrel corpses rotting in the wall. They let us break our lease without paying but they have yet to reimburse us for the period of time we were unable to live in our own apartment. We had to come back to the apartment and throw our mattress and our babies mattress away because the maggots were so terrible. Our cars had been broken into several times

The bad reviews are accurate. The laundry room has broken washers and dryers all the time but you don't know that until you pay your $1.75 per load. You have to call the company that owns the units to receive a check refund if you used coins, and you get transferred to another department for a cc refund. The sidewalks are dangerous when it gets icy. There are train tracks nearby with a loud train passing through all hours of the night. The windows are extremely old and your utility bills will be sky high bc they offer little to no insulation. The management is retaliatory, neighbors are loud

If I could give this joke of a complex 0 stars I would. From the incompetent jack holes who run the office to the crap hole of a laundry room I absolutely hate it here. They are rude and never ever fix anything when you put in a request. Then they treat you like the idiot when you complain. I hate it here. I hate it so hard I could puke.

This place is run down and NOT well kept. Management are cheapskates and don't properly fix anything. It was unfortunate I was transferred and had to rent this place site unseen. The dirty pics speak for themselves. When I asked to replace the door which looked beat in with a hammer. They responded, "if it shuts, its fine." They have 15 washers for 300+ units, so unless you plan on doing laundry at 3am on a Tuesday, forget about it. Also, if it snows, you WILL be walking around in a snowy

The apartment itself is alright. We haven't had many problems with it since we have been here. However, we have had problems with the staff. There seems to be a lack of communication and customer service is poor. We have been charged extra money every month without being able to get a clear understanding as to why. On top of that they do not seem to care to resolve this issue. They come off as disrespectful and degrading. It is obvious that they do not care about their residents and do not put their residents as a priority. Many times when I go into the office someone is not available to talk

Five months since my last review of VC and I'm changing my rating because this place has steadily declined. The ladies at the front are extremely friendly and they have always been great. Maintenance SUCKS terribly. They are understaffed and I'd say 9/10 times they ignore service requests if they are not emergent. Tony is the only maintenance guy that does anything. The other guys just drive around in their little golf cart pretending to do stuff. And they don't pay attention to the cars coming in and out of the parking lot. Yeah, the biggest drawback is the lack of laundry in the apartments themselves, however the laundry room takes credit cards. And, hey, if you go at a non busy time, you can get several loads done at once.
I live in the third floor and can't hear my neighbors. I always thought it seemed quiet. Plus, you get a fireplace and vaulted ceilings being on the top floor.

It's now been 3 months and most things have been good. However I'd go somewhere else if you expect decent customer service by phone or if you seek a place that takes responsibility for their actions instead of adding fees to your bill and sayin "oh well".
I've been through everything to get the office to even contact me by phone for 5 days now. How hard is it to talk to a customer?

I moved into here because of having financial difficulties and i just couldn't afford anything else.
I have only been here a few months and i can't wait for my lease to be up. I've had nothing but troubles. Yes, they corrected one problem that I had but upon moving into another apartment (same complex) I've just encountered other problems. The neighbor feeds the ferrell cats and squirrels and the apartment complex actually allows and encourages it. OUTRAGEOUS! I could not get up my stairs to my apartment due to a squirrel blocking the way. Leasing

DO NOT RENT HERE!! Do not be fooled by cheap rents or move in specials . This place is ALL about fees and fines and crappy maintenance.
You will be charged utilities for the apartment while it was vacant before you moved in, don't pay? They will evict you.
When you move out, they will charge you "First and last months utilities" out of your deposit, so again, paying while you are not in the apartment, and they will charge the next tenant as well. Not sure HOW they get away with this legally, but they do it.
Recently, they changed billing services and we are being charged
