Nice location, great office staff, and amazing maintenance guys who respond quickly but these apartments have mice and it seems no one has a solution to fix this issue . Really enjoyed living here despite the unwelcomed guest (mice) and it seems they have no solution to fix this problem but sticky traps that didn't help

If I could give them no stars I would. They will charge you for any and everything after you move out. They charged me an extra amount of “after rent” even though I already paid for the last month I was there. They went in and tried to change the amount that was due after I had already moved out. I had to speak to the corporate office because of this and they had the absolute WORST customer service. If you get stuck with the woman by the name of Shelita, you might as well speak to the manager. She was a nightmare to try to work with to understand your charges. She was the rudest person I have

Mice (a variety of mice little ones medium sized ones mice as big as squirrels), mold, old noisy buildings.

Spoke to Erin in the office today and I learned this:
1. There is a known mice problem in this building.
2. Exterminators have been out a few times (for this building) yet mice persist.
3. It seems like resolution is to put down glue traps in apartments yet mice persist.
I asked if Polo Run would be able to accomodate me by letting me out of lease 30 days early since I am a long time resident and since mice issue is not my fault and has been ongoing. I was told that I can

I really liked polo run the way they were honest with me , I just was chatting with a friend about the gables when I heard what she was saying about the gables , I had positive feeling about polo run to be honest they were fair with me and they had that pool open every day rain or shine , I was completely shocked when my friend discussed the gables ty polo run for a great summer and a fantastic pool

My hallway shed was broken into , I know it was not polo run,s fault but the cast of characters that enter the complex is out of hand , there should be accountability for the comings and goings of people I saw a suspicious flatbed bed truck the other day , The breakin happened dec 11 on Tuesday at 230 am when I called the cops he said there was also a car broken into polo run has changed with the class of people that live here I know that break ins happen but there is to much outside people exploring polo run , update i beleive i know who it was but i cant prove it but the next time i will be ready

This is a very nice place to live. The staff at the main office are polite and attentive when you have any issues come up. They're also incredibly lenient with issues of rent or minor lease infractions so long as you communicate with them. This is even truer in the context of the ongoing pandemic.

Wish I could leave no stars. This place has had a bad reputation for years. They updated some paint and their parking lot and I figured they were trying to redefine themselves. I'm all for a redemption story so I took a chance. Whoops. After two years of paying on time and being an active tenant I found myself battling these guys over charges on my final bill. They billed me for replacing the carpet due to tears around the transition strips and rust stains on the vinyl. The carpet was extremely worn when I moved in. I have lived at Polo Run for 3 years and during my time here it has been a mixed bag experience. I will say Polo Run does an amazing job with up keep of the property compared to other apartment complexes. Jamie in the office is amazing and has always been friendly and welcoming the past 3 years I’ve been here. I have noticed over my 3 years here that they have really tried to improve the property. My main issues have been with maintenance staff in my 3 years here. They have corrected one issue with replacing the air conditioning units at my building which has made this summer a lot more comfortable

Just moved here and so far I really love it. It's such a quiet and beautiful location. The staff and maintenance people are all super nice and helpful.
Updated: this place truly is wonderful. I'd give more stars if I could. The water heater was having issues again, and the maintenance people were speedy to my request and replaced the whole water heater in about an hour. I live on the 3rd floor so I know that was hard work! Super quick and helpful.

I have lived here for 2 years and I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone that I consider a friend.
Pros: inexpensive
Great location
Cons: apartments are old and outdated
Burglaries happen frequently
This apartment complex has great neighbors but somehow it is still not what I'd consider safe. The walls are also very thin so you can hear people having a conversation at a normal voice level in the next apartment.

Horrible experience thus far. I actually set up this yep account specifically to warn people away from these apartments. The carpet was dirty the day we moved in and I know we didn't make the stain but I'm sure I'll be charged for it. The air conditioning was broken before we moved in. They sort of fixed it but not completely. Walls are absolutely paper thin as well as structurally not sound seeing how all my shelfs are falling off the walls. Neighborhood is bad had my tire stolen off of my car and the office did nothing after I told them. Car was parked under a broken street light

This apartment seems to be in a perfect location, the grounds looked clean and well kept. The "club house" or main area has free wifi and couches and tables.
The model apartment was beautiful and they staff was SO nice and accommodating.
I do not have an intention to rent the place I toured it for a family member.
I was so impressed by everything I saw I wouldn't even think about looking at a different place.
It was very nice and I felt so welcomed and informed.

This place is the dumps. There are new office "staff" every week, so don't ever expect them to find your documents. They are rude, unprofessional and show you how much they hate their jobs. Everyone owns pitbulls and banned breeds, yet nothing is done about it. The neighbors are loud and dirty. I have lived in Polo Run for about 4 months now, and I have to say I disagree with most of these posts. I am in the "Renovated" apartments and I don't have anything wrong with it. It was extremely clean when I moved in. All brand new cabinets, counter tops, appliances, brand new carpet, closet doors, etc. You can tell by the windows and sliding glass doors that the place is an older place, but it's most definitely not as awful as some of the below posts. Now that my 2nd lease is coming to a close and m girlfriend and are moving out of this place I feel like I should let possible new residents in on all the reasons why you don't want to make Polo Run your new home.
When my girlfriend and I found Polo Run they told us they wouldn't have our apartment ready for a week or so, which was very close to our move in date, and eventually it was delayed until the day before move in. Terrible, dishonest staff and lousy place to live. Don't be deceived by the new flowers and carefully landscaped front lawns. While they worry about that, the place is falling apart. I lived there almost 10 years and each year the place gets worse. The water pipes are so filthy that the sinks and toilets are discolored... I have to get water delivered. They say they'll come fix something, but the only time you can get anyone to do it is when your lease is being renewed. Everything about this place is terrible.. from the pool, to the quality of the apartments, to the overpriced
