I felt heard and seen. I walked in with a limp due to the arthritis in my knee and walked out without any pain. X-ray and sonogram done to see where the problem was and addressed in that same visit. The staff from the minute I limped in to the point when I walked out were outstanding and so very caring. Thank you all for getting me in right away, making me feel better and giving me options to take care of the pain and discomfort.

Went in for possible knee surgery. She Explained every aspect of my treatments perfectly. Very pleasant and made me feel very comfortable with a new PA. Needed to start with an injection but it was much easier than what I went thru with another orthopedic. Two days later the knee feels 100% better. Will definitely go back to her when needed.

I was very please with how everyone took care of me. To be honest the first place I been to and didn’t have to wait long. I was in and out very fast and appreciate each one I spoke with and thank you all especially my doctor he was awesome in explaining every detail to me. I went in cause of my knee and was recommended to get an injection first. It went very will didn’t hurt at all. Thank you again.

If I could give no stars I would. I saw the most condescending, rude, arrogant PA, instead of a doctor. She didn't listen to anything that I had to say, nor did she answer any of my questions. She made ignorant suggestions about a health problem that I had, and she kept going on and on about my weight. I told her what my lawyer needed, because I'm in a wheelchair due to a car accident, and she just gave a blank stare. After mentioning my my weight for about the 6th time, I finally blew up at this incompetent twit, and my boyfriend did to. Why can't patients see a doctor here

Updating the review because the Dr is great and the services provided are on par to what is expected. While my initial experience with the scheduling and reception was horrible and does need improvement. When you finally get in and get treated, it makes up for the lack. Be patient, work with their reception, and continue for the treatments. They are good.

I have been seen and operated on by Dr. Nick Liu. Dr. Liu specializes on shoulders and knees. When I first saw him I had been seeing Dr. Pendegar at Crovetti Orthopaedics. For two years he kept saying I had a frozen shoulder. I could not even do my hair and had to have it done. Could not raise my arm. I first saw a Dr. Trainor who said my shoulder was so bad I needed Dr. Liu. When he did a complete shoulder replacement on my left shoulder he said it was one of the worse shoulders he had seen in a long time. After my surgery, in hospital 3 days, then in a sling for 6 weeks, my shoulder was fantastic

Dr K. Was great. Office staff horrible. Phone calls are never returned. Billing over charged. When ask on same date as visit why boot was $100. They said my insurance only cover 20%, lies. So you're saying this boot cost $500. Get out here. They overcharged on numerous visit. Only reason I found out was bc my insurance sent bill of what I was responsible for. I called and asked. They said the will refund at the end of all my visits. Back to the boot. They moved payment around saying a wedge for the boot cost 100 so I wouldn't get a refund and changed me another 50 for the boot. Bc that

Dr.Lui was excellent during the process of my right knee surgery! Through the whole process, I was comfortable that he was the right doctor for knee surgery. A month ago My husband made an appointment to see Dr Michael Trainor. When we arrived we were told he had an emergency so we saw his PA instead. I found her to be condescending and when I tried to tell her the issues my husband had , it seemed like she wasn't listening and talked over me.

Dr. Nick Liu is amazing and if you need need a doctor for your damaged knee or arthritis in the knee contact the office. I was scared to go in as I was having trouble walking and he was very reassuring that after looking at X-Rays and examining my knee that we can me walking correctly and make a plan. I was seen by Tiffany who I would say from my entire experience was unprofessional. I had gone in to be checked for a knee injury following a bad fall. Initial visit was fine though the appointment was rushed. I did an X-Ray , she consulted with the doctor about possible injury diagnosis but I was told to go get an MRI done at an imaging location to be sure about the diagnosis. I was also given a slip for a knee brace order as I wait for the MRI report . Dr. Heller, DPM has an EXTREMELY AWSUM bedside manner! My mom needs a podiatrist for her feet, but does not qualify for surgery due to her health. Dr. Heller suggested other ways for her to be comfortable in her situation. He did not interrupt her, when she was taking quite awhile to explain how she was feeling in regards to her feet. Once he heard all she had to say, he respectfully accepted her situation and told her he'd really like to help her in learning how to have the best experience she can. On my first visit I limped in on crutches, when he examined me he immediately ordered X-rays even though I told him it was X-rayed at the hospital and no bones were broken.
He then ordered an mri and said if the mri confirmed the rupture he will operate that Wednesday or Friday, even though he could have confirmed it was ruptured by performing the Thompson test.
So I got the mri the same day and called for the

Dr Bady was amazing and so was his caring staff! From the moment they introduced themselves, they were all smiles, very polite and made me feel comfortable! Dr. Bady was a good judge of character because he knew I needed to laugh and hold a conversation to distract me and guess what!? It worked! I didn't feel a thing! I had a cortisone shot in each knee and didn't even know when he was done! Health wise, I hope I won't see him again but I am so glad I met him! Great doctor!! Great staff!! Would definitely recommend. :D

Very poor care by Dr Kuruvilla and his staff. A total scam on their fungus laser removal. I've been treated with their laser for two years and my fungus always came back. Dr Kuruvilla guaranteed success on the laser treatment to be effective 100%! I paid extra from my Living social groupon as he promised me to get unlimited treatments until the fungus goes away because he was certain the laser will eradicate it. But yet the fungus kept coming back.
2 years after regular treatments he then prescribed me with Jublia a 1000$ local treatment that worked but yet the fungus kept coming back.

Dr. Timothy Trainor could be a brilliant doctor, but I will never know it. I have been trying to get in to see him, but the staff has provided anything but support. The treatment I received over the phone was ill-mannered, callus and disconnected. There was no attempt to create a report with me; the potential new patient.
